Wonderful Time. Bang Bang Shrimp! It is soo good. Everytime we have been to this place we have had wonderful service and food! We had the smothered pork chops and sea bass, which was excellent. The creme brulle was out of this world. I highly recommend this place.

Terrible Service and NO MANAGEMENT IN SIGHT! We walked out!. We had first dined at Bonefish shortly after it opened. We liked the food - but thought the service was spotty. We ventured back 4 months later to find the service and kitchen were in poor shape and actually left after waiting 45 minutes to find out that two of the fish entres ordered were out and that was 15 minutes apart! Yes - they came to tell us they were out of Salmon only to come back 15 minutes later to say oops - we also don't have your Talapia!. And to top it off they did not bring a menu back for us to order. In all of this no management even attempted to come over and explain or apologize.. Our drinks had barely arrived after 25 minutes. No bread was served and we had to ask for our drinks at least twice.

In 30 years of professional enteraining I have left a restaurant only twice before last night. I would only suggest stay away until they figure out how to manage!

Great service, great food, great fun. What a fantastic find! It's address is a little misleading (it's in the Novi town center, but it's listed as 11 mile) but it's worth seeking out! Decently priced and themed drink specials on mon & wed (with the added benefit of a great bar and staff). The atmosphere is comfortably elegant, the service is well-informed and fun, and the food is delicous and priced well, too. The Mussel appetizer has got a sauce that's to die for and the Sea Bass never dissapoints. Much more relaxed during the week, weekends have had long waits. Overall, very nice addition to the Novi area and a good option for those that would like a more vibrant crowd than restaurants like Steve & Rocky's or Mitchell's.
