The rudest bead store in town.. I went into this store with an open mind, not paying attention to what others have told me. BIG MISTAKE!!! The one salesgirl is extremely nice, extremely helpful and it's a shame she has to work for such idiots! My first visit we dealt with the salesgirl who was extremely knowledgeable and made shopping fun. We then went back in to pick up some new beads that were coming in and we dealt with the owner, Tom! He has to have been the rudest person I've met shopping in a store. We ordered an item on Sunday, knowing the prices were being raised on Fri. They said no problem we'll call you when it comes in. They called on Thurs and we went in Fri to pick it up. They charged us the more expensive price, not the price when we ordered it. As I found this discrepency on Sat, we went back in to talk to him about it. He told us that he didn't know what we expected him to do. He "couldn't very well just eat the difference". I told him it was ordered at the lower price, yet told me "I know nothing about business and couldn't expect him to take the loss". Even though he paid the lower price when he ordered it.

If you are going to shop in the store, I would be very leary about what is told to you and what really is the case. I'm not one to say the customer is always right, because it is not always the case. In this case, however, we should not have been charged the extra $28.00. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN SHOPPING HERE. There are other stores in the area that carry the same pieces, a lot of times at lower prices. I would highly recommend finding this other store. :)
