First timer, best experience. My wedding is in October of 2009 and this was my first experience shopping for bridal gowns. I was so excited and when I arrived I didn't know what exact style I was looking for. My consultant Sherry helped to find the perfect gown. I chose a couple of different styles, but after seeing what looked best on me style wise she picked a gown and a veil and tiara. I absolutely loved it and ordered that day. She also helped pick my bridesmaids dresses and helped me with ideas for colors, flowers, etc. She was so patient and me and my family had so much fun with her. I wish we could hire her to plan the rest of the wedding, she had so many great ideas for everything. I would recommend this salon to any bride who wants a great experience. And I would suggest when you go there to ask for Sherry!

Horrible customer service. All 3 times that I have been in this store, my encounters here were indifferent at best, snobby at worst. The last time I went in was to pick up the bridesmaid dress that I ordered. The staff person informed me that she HAD to add a rush charge on the order and that I would be responsible for paying. I was flabergasted since I had not been notified of this rush charge (or been asked if this would be ok). In fact, she had told me that I wouldn't need the rush charge when I put my deposit down. Horrible customer service, and I would never consider this place for my own wedding!

okay. Their selection seemed a lot smaller than the other 7 boutiques i visited that day. Would suggest other places for more options.
