In between taking care of a family and a full time work career I find far and few between free moments for myself, so when I do I try my best to escape to Tricho Salon in Novi. Whether I need my hair,nails,make up or facials they always deliver on each visit. Salon is always clean and the receptionist always are friendly and book my appointments. I can't wait till my next appointment.

I have always been so picky as to who does my hair and when my stylist of 14 years moved out of state I honestly couldn't sleep. I was so worried about who I could trust with my hair. Upon a referral from a neighbor I went to Tricho and I saw Paula. I felt bad because I was so argumentative with Paula during the consultation about how exactly I wanted my hair. Once I took a deep breath and let Paula do her thing, the end result was a big smile on my face and an even better color and cut then my previous stylist! Thanks Paula. Your the best.

I get my facials done here by Adriana and my manicures done by Carlynn. I love both of them to death and both are very talented.

I've lived in Novi for years and shopped at 12 Oaks mall for a long time and I never knew their was such a beautiful spa in the mall. I had seen the salon part before walking by shopping but I was not aware of the Spa part of it. Anyways I decided to treat myself to a hot stone massage and it was fantastic. I'm pretty sure on my next visit to try the salon part out as well

I randomly walked in as I shop at Twelve Oaks from time to time and I needed a haircut and shave and much to my suprise I was told by the receptionist that they has a Master Barber to do my hair. I hadn't gotten a straight razor shave since I was a kid so it was quite a treat. My barbers name was Hema ( not sure i'm spelling it right) very nice guy. He gave me a great haircut and a awesome shave. I left their looking and feeling a new man. I highly recommend this place

Great Place for hair extensions. I've always had thinning and short hair and always desired longer and fuller hair. I google searched a number of places and Tricho salon popped up 1st for hair extensions so I gave them a try. i got a consultation with Stefanie for Babe extensions and she explained to me the process and the cost. We ordered the hair and she put them in and I've never been so happy. I can't stop looking at my beautiful hair. Thanks Stefanie for making my hair so beautiful.

I don't even know where to start, I've been going here for years. Whether its Carlynn doing my mani/pedis, or Rita hooking my Highlights and haircuts up, or Adriana giving me a facial or any of their massage therapist giving me a relaxing massage, this salon has it all and each of their services are as good as the next. You can't go wrong, I have referred a ton of friends and family here and all of them love it.

Great Place. I was referred by a friend to go and see her stylist Servetta. I took my friend up on her suggestion and made an appt. with Servetta. Opon walking into the salon it was very beautiful and clean, the receptionist very polite. Servetta's assistant came and gave me a relaxing shampoo and then Servetta came and gave me a consultation and once we got on the same page then Servetta did her majic. The end result was awesome. I can't thank Servetta and Tricho enough. I have my next 2 appointments with Servetta already booked I liked her so much. I recommend Tricho and Servetta!!!!!!!!!

Jaclyn. I was very skeptical about going to a large salon in a mall, however, when my stylist of over 5 years moved to Trichos I decided to try it out. The salon has great atmosphere and the people are friendly. Jaclyn is always professional and caring. She does magic with hair cuts and color on customer from teenagers thru grandmothers. I highly recommend Jaclyn and Trichos!

Michelle at Tricho. i go to michelle at tricho and i get a lot of compliments on my color. the salon is very nice and big . They provide you with coffee, tea, and these AMAZING gourmet desserts. I went on a Friday. The salon was busy, but not so busy that it was uncomfortable. I didn't know what i wanted, but michelle helped me come up with a great look. Its completely different then any style I've had. Im very pleased. She suggested some great products and i find it easier to do my hair now. First time there and i loved it. .
