The ease of scheduling a cleanup. The personalized attention and friendly workers and their dedication to do a good job. The last time I received service, I was home and had an opportunity to ask questions. I received professional advice on why certain products are used and what not to use. It really made a difference. It's always been a pleasant experience to have them in my home. I plan to use them again.
It's nice to come home to a clean house and it allows me to have more time with my kids. And you do a fantastic job

Great attention to detail. I am very picky when it comes to my home being cleaned. It seems I can always find something that was missed and it drives me crazy. After the Molly maids left, I looked at the usual areas missed by my last cleaners and they took care of all of them. I was impressed since I didn't have to even bring it up. Very glad we found them
I usually leave with the dog to get out of their way so they are here on their own. I like trusting that the house is in good hands despite me not being here and that they have a clear vision of what needs to be done without me having to tell them
Don't use this company – Very substandard work. We had them clean our house post-construction and we ended up and had to clean more ourselves. We had to continually tell them to clean areas because they kept missing places. One of the girls damaged our nightstand by scratching it and they refused to do anything about it. To add insult to this incident, we were treated very rudely as if it was our fault that they scratched it. We were told that we had "shared responsibility" whatever that is. I guess that means that they can do whatever they want and say it was our fault. I would NEVER use this company. Find someone who actually treats your furniture like it was their own.
Don't Avoid Molly Maids – I used Molly Maid alternate weekly and they have delivered their service for more than a year in my home. The work done by the team has always been of good quality. Not flawless all the time but easily beats the other services I have tried the past few years. I can see they always tried hard to maintain consistency. Offers a fairly reasonable price relative to the other quotes I have seen when I was looking to try another service. Had several bad experiences with independants although they offer a significantly lower price. I guess you get what you pay for. The maids are courteous and friendly. The owner has always tried to work with me and ensure the service meets my expectation. Appreiciate the surprise follow-up every now and then to check how the service is performing. BTW, had a breakage incident once, they took care of it without a problem and even reported the incident same day during the clean. If you need a good house cleaning service, try Molly Maid.
Avoid Molly Maid in Chesterfield - Unsure of other locations – To whom it may concern relative to the reputation of the Molly Maid Franchise name,
Rest assured that I, a property owner and renter in St. Louis, MO, will advise all I know who wish to have their property cleaned, that they should avoid Molly Maid.
The Molly Maid Franchise owner at 18118 Chesterfield Airport Road in St. Louis, MO quoted a rate based on 1,500 sq. ft of 1.5 - 2 hours. The structure was 1,400 sq. ft. The job performed by the owner Bryan Frantz's cleaning team was incomplete, even by Brian's own admission. Several interior windows were not touched and several pieces of furniture were left untouched with dust on them; as evidenced by the lines we were drawing in dust on said pieces of furniture as well as the windows which Brian acknowledged were not cleaned. I was forced to come back to the property the next day to meet with Bryan who, to his credit, had to finish the job which he acknowledged was incomplete.
Bryan indicated when we left the property, he would "call me to discuss what the charge would be". After receiving no call, I was surprised to see a charge appear on my CC the next day for 4 hours of work.
A brief call to Brian resulted in no explanation other than his staff said they were there for 4 hours so that was the charge with no explanation for the poor work that he himself saw and no accommodation for my inconvenience (other than a doubling of the charge).
Draw your own conclusions on Bryan's management/customer service skills. He either had a bad day or is ill-equipped to manage a business. In either case, it's of no matter to me at this point, as my final step on our relationship is to express my feedback on the Molly Maid experience.
I wish Molly Maid well though, with owners like Bryan Frantz, any success the Franchise may garner will not be a result of repeat business or reputation.
Mr. Reynolds, I am sorry that you had a bad experience with the Chesterfield location. We are an independently owned franchise that is in no way affiliated with any other Molly Maid office. This review was posted to the wrong business.
