Terrible! I will NEVER rent or buy from this company. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I had so many issues with my rental its hard to know where to start.
After living there 2 months the garage door continued to give me issues. I called and complained a few times before the homeowner (not a maintenance person) came to look at the garage door. He outright accused me of hitting the garage door when I knew for a fact nothing had hit the door. I asked reality executives to send a real maintenance person out to do the assessment and they did. Their maintenance person came and agreed that the garage door was junk and no one had hit it. Reality executives agreed that the homeowner would be responsible for fixing the door, but when the homeowners fixed the door I was still charged 500 dollars. I had to make a formal complaint to army housing before the issue was resolved. This took place over 2 months requiring tons of phone calls, emails, and meetings. I literally had to fight to not be held responsible for a junk garage door. Then when I moved out 5 months later they took the 500 out of my security deposit. Again, I had to go in and fight for my money back. In the end I was not charged but this was just a ridiculous situation.
If the garage door wasn't enough, the homeowners were unbelievable. The homeowners showed up at the house unannounced multiple times. They were rude every time they came.
I had to complain to reality executives before their unannounced visits stopped. I paid a 200 dollar non-refundable pet deposit for a limit of 2 dogs. My roommate and I paid the deposit and didn't really think much about it. When the homeowners came for the 6 month inspection they flipped, apparently they needed to approve each dog in the home and we had 2 (we missed that on the pet agreement). Since we were at fault for not catching that clause in the lease, we agreed to pay an additional fee. They charged us another 300 dollars - bringing our non-refundable pet fee to 500 dollars total.
After all the issues we had with this rental we knew moving out would be a disaster. To avoid further stress, I paid one of their recommended cleaning services (300 dollars included required carpet cleaning). The cleaning service was excellent and she did an excellent job. Additionally, I matched all the paint throughout the house and did touchup work where I had hung things on the walls. I have never done so much work to move out of a rental.
However, the homeowner was extremely rude during the inspection despite the house looking immaculate. She criticized the touchup paint and tried to get reality executives to charge me to have the place painted. I had replaced a set of horizontal blinds on the front window because the string had broken. The original set was one big blind but I replaced the set with 2 separate blinds (I thought it looked better). The homeowner made a point that even though there was a set of brand new blinds, it was not the single original blind. Reality executives charged me 200 dollars to replace the single blind. 200 dollars!! Blinds cost 25 dollars tops at lowes.
Over all I cannot begin to describe my frustration with Reality Executives. The girls who work in the office are nice, but I probably worked with 5 different people who managed my poroperty over the year. There was no handover between the girls so every time I went in, I had to reexplain the issues I was having. Their inability to manage the property caused constant frustration and issues with the homeowners. Very unhappy. I would never recommend buying or renting from this place.
Run as fast as you can!!! – Do yourself a favor and just find another company. They don't care about anything except for getting paid and they proved that on numerous occassions. Just look at the other reviews, ALL 1 star. I would get them 0 stars if I could.
Horrible – We have had issues getting our deposit back. There is no communication with in the company and they are telling me one story while telling my husband another story. I have heard of others having the same issue.
They do not follow up on maintenance issues and you have to call three or four times to get things fixed.
Items on the walk through suddendly dissapear and can't be found so you end up getting charged for it.
If I ever move back to this area I will not use this company.
HORRIBLE COMPANY - DO NOT GO!!!! – System would not allow me to not post without giving them one star. They do not even deserve that. Being new to the area, I was clueless about this company. Slowly as I begame to talk to people and here the bad comments about this place I thought they were joking. These people specially seek out military families, because withouth them the town would be a no mans land. Nothing else there! They take all deposit money on rentals and find ways to make it to where they money is never returned. The staff is quite rude, especiall Dave Holbrook. It states he is retired military funny matter is he was forced out of the military so I think he purposely is out to take the militarys money in any way he can. That whole "TEAM WATSON" is a joke. They figure they can take advantage of military because they have to PCS and will not be able to stick around to deal with legal matters. RUN AWAY from this facility. Yes they are located right out man gate to attract you but there are much better rental/real estate companies there. This office is HORRIBLE!!
Realty executives=TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! – I am telling you, DO NOT trust these people! They made it seem like they were in it to help military families buy affordable housing. Everything coming out of their mouth is BS! They do not care about you and just want money. They won't let people write reviews on their page because they know all reviews will be terrible! They should be ashamed of themselves, taking advantage of young families with not a lot of income and almost no options. They deserve this hellish place of mid Missouri that they call their permanent home!
