Poor Attitudes. My wife and I with a few friends happened to stop at your establishment and was having a wonderful time until this guy name Dave or David, I think he was the manager or something, but he more or less ruined our atmosphere with his rudeness to the customers as well as his staff. I must say the rest of the staff was very courteous to our party and told us he was always like that. I think the owner needs to get rid of this guy before he ruins their business. I'm gonna tell all my other friends to stay away from this place or at least beware!!
Going to Burger King is Better Suited.
Never Eat Here!!!!!
Visiting firends could never be more dangerious..............
Waitress was ok.. But the Management needs a Reality Check with Customer Service, to bad there is no mandatory clases implemented by the state/county for Places of Bussiness like this..
The only thing on there interested in is how to Mistreat there Patrons and Take your Money.
We would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this place to ANYONE
Just when you thought the customer was always right.. Not at this place..Better Chance of Surviving Jurasic Park!!
Worst place to eat AT Poor Customer Service from Management.
Recent visited this establishment and was disappointed with the way management handle the restaurant.
This place would be better off closing down and or hiring all new Management to operate this establishment.
They treat there employees as 3rd rate Food would be rated as 10th on a five star rating.
Went 2 Brickhead cafe and received a very poor service, Attitude owner! yike!!! Owners needs their head exam by a Frankenstein Doctors. Will never stop in ever and go else where when I go see my momma someday soon!
I recently visited this restaurant with 4 friends. Whilst we found the food to be of excellent quality we were appalled by the attitude of the restaurant manager. While we were there we witnessed him being rude and very obnoxious to both other members of his staff and to customers.
After our meal myself and my friends wished to pay for our meal separately but the manager refused to split the check for us to do so. We were quite astonished by his attitude and as a result we certainly will not be returning and will be telling all our other friends and family not to either.
I feel this is a disappointment as the food and drink was of high quality and very enjoyable but the attitude of the manager will certainly discourage any of us returning again.
HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT. worse food ever, staff was rude and undertrained....and when I complained about my food the owner did nothing but yell at me....like it was my fault. Use common sence when going out, this isnt the place to go. Very bad place.
Me and my husband stopped at bricks for lunch, my husband is 84 years old, and on a limited diet. All he wanted was a childs plain hamburger. And the staff manager refused to allow my husband to have it. Said he HAD to order a full size meal. I think bricks management needs a attitude check up. The waitress was nice, but to refuse a elderly mans request is uncalled for.
I WILL NEVER EAT AT BRICKS CAFE AGAIN!
Avoid bringing groups here, mediocre food and manager is very rude. We went to Bricks Cafe to celebrate a friend's birthday with a group of about 15 people, it was our first time going there so I was pretty excited. My friend's husband called days in advance to let them know we were coming. Seating was cramped but they managed to get us seated at a table and a couple of booths. The food was average and a little overrated for the price. When we went to pay for our meal they told us it would have to be on one ticket so we pased the receipt around and figured out how much each one of us owed then paid. As we were walking out the manager ran outside and over to my friend's husband and started ranting at him because we had paid with more than one card and that we were not allowed to do that-are you kidding me-has this guy lost his mind-15 people who all had appetizers, alcoholic drinks and dinner and he wants to sparr about us paying on separate credit cards-what a NUTCASE! How rude! I just cannot believe that the manager of all people would act like this. All I know is that if you are going there and have a large party you had better pay with one card or beware of the wrath of the rude manager. I was hoping this would be a place we would go frequently but after that episode, I would not give them $0.02.
Identical to Franklin location. My family dined in at this Bricks one Wednesday night not long after they opened. I had hoped that this location would be a different experience from the Franklin location. I had read the reviews about the Franklin Bricks and had decided not to waste my time there. We were seated outside and soon realized that there were too many insects around so we asked to be moved inside. After a sigh and roll of the eyes, our server sat us inside. I was disappointed in this restaurant. My wife's food was cold when it arrived to the table and it took the wait staff a considerable time to fix the problem. The manager came to check on every table by our own. It seems as though the Franklin reviews are relevant to this location as well. I've had better dining experiences at non-chain restaurants.
Great food, cool outdoor seating and friendly atmosphere. Love eating out at non-chain restaurants. Bricks Cafe is what that area needed in terms of restaurant selections for customers. First when you walk in, the aroma from the brick pizza oven will entice you to stay for a meal. They have a friendly waitstaff, very good food and a outdoor seating area that makes you feel a little like you are in Itlay or Greece. I would definitely recommend it for a couple or family meal anyday.
