An awesome experience. Just last month I was looking for a loose diamond but wasnt able to drive to Howard's location. The salesperson communicated with me via online, educated me and all there is to know about diamonds. After numerous questions, the salesperson was very cordial and knowledge able.

I then decided to purchase one of them. I arranged to drive out to Howard's where he had the diamond set into my ring while I waited. My family has always shopped at Howard's, even when they were on 8 mile rd and Van-Dyke. I highly encorage anyone who is even considering anything jewelry to check them out, if they don't have it they will get it!

Great prices-excellent customer service. I recently went into Howards when looking for a new wedding set. They have a really nice selection of diamonds, and mountings, in a variety of price ranges. There pricing is very competitive. I didn't purchase from them, (only because they don't take trade in's unless you bought the ring from them) but trust me they are one of the best when it comes to the pricing. It was hard to find a place to even come close.

I was treated like they were happy I was there and the salesperson took her time to go over everything with me. She didn't act like I was wasting her time. They have an huge selection of gold, silver, diamonds, gemstones, earrings and watches. Definately worth the drive, you won't be sorry.
