39.925568 -86.090713Thank Goodness They Closed!!!!. Laser hair removal is worth every penny when done right! Regalo made it painful, time wasteful, and money wasteful. It's a good thing they closed! They take your money, shut down and run!!! It's sad that there are places out there that do unethical practices...because they make the other GOOD places look bad!
Not worth the time or money. My initial consultation was great....and I was excited to go!! But when i went for my first appointment, I had a different esthetician than originally promised. Their towel warmer didn't work my first visit, they didn't have all the equipment in the room my second visit, and on one occasion they didn't have enough towels....hello...you are a spa and you don't have enough towels?? I made an appointment for another consult in five weeks, after my first three visits left my skin in the worst condition it has EVER been in, and they claim to have overbooked me. I just now tried to call them to schedule another consult, and I get their voicemail, of which is full. I would NOT go back here, but they suckered me in to purchasing a package deal, and I don't want to lose my money, because it is A LOT!!! After I suffer through my next couple of visits in my package, I will NEVER go back here!! p.s. my esthetician smokes, and her nails and hands (even though she washes up before she sees me) you can still smell it!!! ugh!
Not worth the time and money for hair removal!!!. I am not thrilled with my results. I went to six appointments (had a different staff person each time) for laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and now I have hair growing back in just as heavy as it was before. I think it is because each staff person does the process differently. Some went over the areas twice and some once and I often felt like they didn't cover the entire area. A lot of time and money for nothing!!!!!
Not what they promise. The sales pitch is that they have medical professionals doing their laser procedures, but when I thought I was coming in to be treated by an RN, I was treated by an aesthetician. They told me I couldn't ge an appointment with an RN. The "medical director" is not a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist, either, which I thought was strange. He doesn't even do the procedures! I was burned by the laser and my hair has not disappeared! Next time I will go to a actual plastic surgeon's office.
Excellent customer service. I received a complimentary facial at Regalo for attending a bridal show. The facial was relaxing and wonderful. The staff was extremely nice and there was no pressure to buy. I highly recommend Regalo to any one who wants to relax.
High prices and sales pressure. High prices and sales pressure. Rooms were cold and uninviting. Not worth their prices. Seems to have a lot of staff turnover
