wow – I've been several times now, and I opt for the tasting menu every time. Earlier this summer, they missed on an entree and a cheese dish, but aside from that the food has been basically flawless. Chef Gottlich is great with foie gras, and I'm digging what he does with quail these days too. I've had pork belly several ways, and it's better here than anywhere else I've had it.

And the service is extremely friendly and polished. This is probably my favorite restaurant right now.

Exquisite French American cuisine and service at this chef-owned Park Cities restaurant makes this truly one of Dallas' culinary gems. – The Scene
A single 'B' marked on the roof of the faux Haussmann inspired building and a lone valet stand are the only indications that a restaurant exists behind the arched wooden doors. Inside the muted decor is equally understated and elegant. The extensive wine list, like the cuisine, is a mix of classic French and bold American. Service is gracious and knowledgeable but never stuffy.

The Food
Chef Gottlich creates his masterpieces using seasonally farm-fresh ingredients, like crispy melt-in-your pork belly balanced delicately on top of tiny baby carrots in a Thai red curry drizzle. A miniature crab cake accompanied by a shotglass-sized chilled crab and melon soup combines a taste of Texas with haute cuisine. Sturgeon was served with darling Fingerling potatoes and a sprinkling of an audaciously biting bacon vinaigrette. Roasted filet of beef in veal jus paired with truffled potatoes was flawlessly simple. Outstanding desserts complete this blissful treasured experience.

Hits: Even the amuse bouche and palate cleanser sorbets are swoon worthy.

Misses: Due to the small portions, a three-course meal ($54) will probably not satisfy a typical Texan appetite. Luckily, five-course prix fixe menus ($67) and nine course tasting menus ($88) are available.

Believe the hype – Unbelievable dinner. Headed back this weekend. We thought it has a great atmosphere. Not stuffy at all for fine dining. Really impressed with the menu and there was some inventive things on it I haven't seen before. Great addition to the Dallas culinary scene.

This is by far the best restaurant in dallas right now. It is beautiful, the food is delicious perfection, and the service is knowledgeable, friendly, and lavish. I will go again and again, and you should too.
