Team made my wedding perfect The whole staff is amazing. They make sure everything is taken care of on time for your wedding. They have such a beautiful selection of clothing!!! Beth is amazing at helping to make sure the whole experience is perfect. Babs is the best seamstress ever!! And of course Julie is always there to help out when I had questions. I got everything for my wedding that I could from town and country because they are the best. I recommend them to everyone!

THE BEST!!!! – Family own Business, all the owners were there. Very traditional classy setting. I loved the one on one customer service, they gave a 110%. i found the dress of my dreams, and my mother found a mother of the bride dress. I also found my rehearsal dinner dress in there causal wear dept. The whole store had a amazing collection. The sale reps were the best so very knowledgeable and helpful:) I haven't had this traditional kind of service in a long long time!!! All about supporting our great locals! That's what makes this city one of the best EVER!
most amazing wedding dress experience – I am a young, 24, bride. Most of the bridal things I have tried doing people haven't taken me seriously because of this. This was totally not the case when I went with my mom, sister, and future sister in law to look for a dresses at Town and Country. This is such a classy place. It was totally how I had always pictured looking for wedding dresses to be. It was very say yes to the dress like at town and country. I truly felt special at this store. Sue helped me and she amazing. She listened to what I was looking for and showed me one dress. I fell in love with the dress the moment I put it on. Since Sue listened to what I wanted she was able to help me pick the best wedding gown. I will be going back for my bridesmaid dresses and my moms dress.
Worst customer service – I called a couple weeks ahead of time to make an appointment to try on wedding dresses. My mom had taken off work to go with me, and when we arrived they said they had no record of my appointment. When I insisted I made one and relayed the exact conversation I had with the girl on the phone, they told me they had several other brides walk in so I would have to wait about 30 minutes before I could try on dresses. This was my first time ever trying on dresses so needless to say they ruined what should have been a great experience. When I finally got a fitting room, the sales lady never asked me my budget and let me try on dresses that were way out of our price range. Also- she was trying to juggle 2-3 other brides at the same time, so was constantly running in and out of our room. Needless to say, we didn't buy a dress there.
Very Rude – Do not give this store your business. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to try on wedding dresses. My godmother drove in from 2 hours away, my mother took off work early and one of my bridesmaids rearranged her schedule to attend the dress shopping session. When we arrived to the store they had a handmade sign on a scrap of paper saying they closed at 3:30 (scratched out) 2:30 p.m. that day. I could see two ladies through the window in the store so I knocked, thinking well maybe they closed to walk-ins but I had an appointment so surely they were expecting me. One of the women started to walk towards the door pointing to the sign saying they were closed. I said, "but I have an appointment." She shook her head no and pointed to the sign. This went on for about a minute before she finally cracked the door open and said, "we're closed." I repeated, "but I have an appointment." And she tells me, "No you don't." Which blew me away. I know I made the appointment I had a 10 minute conversation with the woman on the phone when I made the appointment. I reassure her I have an appointment and she once again tells me "No you don't. Are you sure you actually made an appointment." The woman just kept repeating we're closed there is no one here to help you. And telling me I didn't have an appointment. She made zero efforts to resolve the situation. She didn't offer to reschedule my appointment or even invite us in to discuss options. She had a very bad attitude and was super unfriendly. She was very rude and clearly didn't care to have our business. Save yourself the trouble and visit a store that cares about their customers.
