Love this place !!!!!!they saved me so much money , I called HP about my printer problem they wanted to send me a new one , I went to cartidge world and they put new cartridges and cleaned my print heads it works great ;) I recommend this place ask for Kevin
Horrible and Rude – Just visited this location, I have been there several times prior in the past and been happy with the results. I went in recently and exchanged empties for full cartridges but when I went home the first one was did not work. So I went to return it (abeit a few weeks later due to vacation and illness) and was just accused by the owner's son that I was trying to cheat them. I went in simply expecting that I accidentally got sold an empty cartridge and I came out accused of being a liar and cheater. I will NEVER again visit this or any other Cartridge World and would recommend that everyone stay far away unless you want to be treated quite badly.
Friendly Family owned darn good deal! – I am a college student attending CSUF. I print alot of homework and lectures at home and being a student isnt cheap!
I had a friend at school refer me to Cartrige World two semesters ago and I cant thank him enough! As a student, I save a ton of money every semester by going to have my ink cartriges refilled. Everytime I go in, the owner remembers me and asks me how my classes are going. They are all very friendly and helpful.
The ink quality is great and my pictures on my photo printer always turn out really well too. I really cant imagine ever paying full price for my ink cartridges ever again!
I had one cartrige in the past year that has given me a little trouble, but when I called and told them my problem, they immediately said to come back to the store and they would be happy to replace it for me. I read the other reviews on here and was SHOCKED! I cant imagine how either of those review could possibly be accurate so I had to write my own review to give these good people some sort of justice.
Like one of the other reviews said, check them out for yourself! Ive had nothing but good luck in my past year of doing business with cartridge world and I recommend them to my family, friends, and classmates all the time.
Judge for yourself – I was one of the very early customers when the store opened in November 2005. I have always had a positive experience. I own a Cannon printer and enjoy photography as a hobby, but must admit that I am very particular about the colors of my photos. Needless to say I am very impressed with the quality of Cartridge World ink.
The customer service is the other reason why I continue to conduct business with this particular store.
After reading these two reviews I realized that in the time that this store has conducted business only two unsatisfied customers have posted reviews.
I would like to invite the many satisfied customers that have conducted business with this store, in all fairness most of us do not take the time to write a positive review. Perhaps because we don't feel the need that is necessary. I would include myself in this list until today when I read the two reviews posted, and felt that they were unfair, but please don't believe me, judge for yourself.
Don’t’ waste your time or money at Cartridge World – This is the first time I used Cartridge World (CW) as I have always used HP (Hewlett Packard) products. I exchanged my HP empty cartridges and bought 2 refills at CW. I put one of the CW cartridges in the printer and it was damaged, it only printed the bottom half of each line of text so I could not read any of the print on the page. I put the 2nd cartridge in the printer and received only blank pages, it did not work at all. I took both of them back to Cartridge World told them both of the cartridges malfunctioned or were damaged. The clerk weighed both of them agreed to replace the cartridge that was printing only 1/2 of the text but said the other was empty and that someome in my house had used and emptied it so there was nothing he could do,
I told him this was one of the new cartridges from Cartridge World and I did not use it as all my previous cartridges were HP cartridges and this one is not an HP cartridge but a CW refill.
He said “I don’t believe you, I think you used it and are trying to return it.”
I assured him these were sold to me this way by his company as all my other cartridges were HP. He kept saying someone (in your home) used this one as our company would never sell one like this.
I said, “I guess your company is perfect and never ever has any quality control issues?”
He didn’t answer me.
I said: “No one used this cartridge at my house as I’m the only one there.” And then I said: “Are you calling me a liar?”
He said; “Well I’m not saying that.”
I said:” if you don’t believe that I’m telling you the truth then you are saying I’m lying.”
He begrudgingly agreed to replace both of them.
After being called a liar, I said: “Forget it just give me my money back.”
He then sarcastically said, ‘Yeah that’s probably a good idea.” Meaning yeah we don’t want you as a customer.
Quite frankly, dealing with them has been a huge waste of my time. There was absolutely no money saved, between having to run out and quickly buy an HP replacement at my local store after hours because both of CW’s cartridges were bad, wasting many pages of paper trying to figure out the printing problem, 2 trips to CW 10 miles away, all of my wasted time, and finally being accused of lying by the store clerk, that was the frosting on the cake. It was not worth it. And as a side note, the quality of ink is nothing like HP’s cartridges, it’s faint and dull.
I have since found Costco refills cartridges - your own cartridges - while you shop for ½ the price of Cartridge World’s and the quality is much better. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY AT CARTRIDGE WORLD.
Bad Merchandise – Spent $400 on toners one leaked all over the inside of the printer. Had to have it repaired, the repairman recommended that I not use refurbished parts anymore. When I informed the owner/operator of the issue he took it as a personal insult and refused to do business with my company even when I offered to pay the difference in price for the HP products. My advice ...spend the extra money and get original parts and save yourself the trouble of having to deal with people like this.
