Everyone is extremely friendly, each time I come in I'm treated with great respect. The service team takes care of me & answers my questions with knowledge & makes me feel important. I do not regret buying my car.
We are pleased with the service we get. Also when we were on our trip and we called back to your service department about the problem that was going on.
I live in Missouri but found the Mustang on Glover's lot that was the color combination I wanted. We traded photos back and forth as I had a Shelby to trade. Excellent team to work with. Not a lot of going back and forth. Traded a lot of cars over the years but never one over the phone and by sharing photos. After we reached agreement on price I drove the 5 plus hours to Tulsa. Great place, friendly, helpful people from the sales team on the lot to the mechanic who had my car on the lift awaiting my inspection. Transaction was fast and painless. Just watching the way people at this dealership interact with customers including myself I could tell the that the leadership team has set created a very customer driven culture.
I bought a used car here that started having transmission issues. I brought it back and it took a while but we got everything worked out and fixed. This dealership really does care about their customers. Thanks so much!

I swear Jim Glover only hires the best from what I have experienced. This is my second car with Jim Glover and I always recommend my friends to go there. They have my absolute dedication. Took my car into the service department and they were very helpful in helping assist me have some issues taken care of thru GM. Wasn't there responsibility to help but felt like the went above what most would expect from a dealership.
Jared Glover, Adam Clinkenbeard, Billy Caperton, and James in new car sales made our problem go away with ease. I truly hate to complain on companies, but Jared Glover got the ball rolling and Adam C helped please us as soon as we got there. We ended up getting a super deal on a brand new vehicle......they made everything soooo much better and we truly thank them for taking the time to help us! Thank you!
My wife and I have purchased several vehicles over the years with the last 6 of 7 being a GM product. I was extremely pleased with the experience that I had with Jim Glover Chevrolet and my latest truck purchase. It was far different from the normal high pressure that you get from the average dealership where they sell you the vehicle they need to move instead of what the customer really wants.
After researching multiple trucks we decided to look at the Ford F-150, and the Chevrolet Silverado to compare the differences. We also had done research on the other dealerships in the Tulsa area. We had previously done business with Jim Glover Chevrolet in 2002 and found them to stand behind the product that they sell. We found Jim Glover Chevrolet to be community oriented, Christian based, and a solid company to do business with, and a company that has been around for several years.
I was pleased in the way that my wife and I were treated while evaluating trucks at the Glover dealership. Both the salesman David Duncil, and sales manager Cas and assisted us with the purchase on our 2013 Silverado. There was no high pressure from the salesmen, and they did NOT try to push a vehicle on us. They ask us what we were looking for in a truck and answered any questions that we had about the vehicle. They helped us located the truck that we wanted and were looking for. It was a pleasure to do business with this dealership, and based on my experience I will also do more business in the future with Jim Glover.
I was in a unfortunate Lemon situation with a previous vehicle and was intending to use the dealer I have been using since the start since it is conveniently by my home. To my disappointment that dealer did not want to help me order my new Camaro. I gave them several opportunities and they sat on their butts and did nothing. I gave Jared a call at Jim Glover the next day and he took care of me immediately. We placed the order within days and he was able to take a very complicated situation and make it easy for the customer.
When my Camaro arrived he was thoughtful enough to leave all the plastic and the stickers on the Camaro like I asked. To me it is a true gift to take those off of you own vehicle. It's like unwrapping the best present ever. I am only 21 and I plan on buying from Jared and Jim Glover Chevrolet for a very long team. Jim Glover Chevrolet shows how truly Chevy Runs Deep.
