I just needed a software update on my equinox. It took about 20 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I bought my car here and would do business with them any time. Great people!
After visiting with another popular Chevy dealer in Owasso, a meeting that left me frustrated, flooded with calls and pressured to make an immediate decision about purchasing a vehicle, I decided to try Jim Glover in Tulsa. Anyone that has a television in the local area has probably seen the commercial advertisements for the place, so I wasn't sure what to expect. My car salesman, Sean H., showed me a few of the cars in the style I was looking for and eventually found the exact one that I was wanting. I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase, and I got a good deal on a trade-in vehicle. They even gave me a loaner car and tinted my windows for free a few weeks later. Sean also took several minutes to discuss the car's features and to program my phone into the car to use the hands-free option. He also noticed that the gas gauge was slightly below full, and he filled it up so that it had a completely full tank of gas upon leaving. I have had my car a little over a year now, and I have only used their service department (which is a 30 minute drive for me). I had one bad experience on a weekend visit where I waited five hours, and no explanation or discussion was ever given to me about my car or the issues that I was asking about at the time. After e-mailing the Service Director, he e-mailed me back on a Sunday and apologized and promised to look into the situation on the following day. He called me the next day and again apologized, and we discussed my visit to their service department. Every other time I have been there since then I have had a different service advisor, Kevin Thames, and he has been very informative and helpful with answering questions during my visit. Overall, I believe Jim Glover is one of the best car dealerships in the Tulsa area. They have a lot of helpful employees, and I have even recommended them to a friend who purchased a vehicle from them and had a great buying experience.
I had a excellent salesman. I went in looking for a used car but he wanted to see if he could try and get me in something brand new if I was interested. I thought there is no way. I came in on a Saturday and I had my salesman and then another gentleman both who which were great. Then they brought in a 3rd man, whom I didn't care for. He tried to keep getting me to go higher and treat me like I should be grateful for the price I was going to get it for, HOWEVER I informed him I wasn't there to look at a new vehicle because I knew my budget and what I could afford. i didn't back down but he did. I got a brand new SUV in the price range I needed. They traded a vehicle to another lot to get me exactly what I was looking for. Then we had some bad weather but my salesman went to pick the car up for me. Had it detailed, gas-ed up and ready to go. Got me weather mats and showed me how to use everything. He even followed up with me to make sure I was still enjoying my vehicle. I had a wonderful salesman. We actually went back to look for my boyfriend and my mom will be going soon. Highly Recommended.
Jason, Jared and Cass, Jim Glover should be proud of all 3. They were very personable, fun to work with and handled things very expediently. Not often have I seen the level of customer service they provided. Your son was actually late for a date to stay and talk with us. My wife and I love our new 2011 Camaro Convertible! We actually were trading in our mustang and looking for another mustang, but when Jared and Jason showed us the Camaro convertible, we immediately fell in love with it! So glad its finally fall and convertible weather! We highly recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet
WOW! Sorry to see some of the earlier folks who posted not take responsibility for their own kids. Hardly has anything to do with car sales. I have to say the business my wife and I had at Jim Glover was amazing. They literally bent over backwards to get us out of our old car with every bit of $6000 of negative equity, into a brand new 2011 Malibu, and at the same time absorb most of what was keeping us upside down. Ben was very professional and friendly. He went way above and beyond to help us out, and I can say they now have an extremely loyal customer. In a few years, when my children turn eighteen and head out to buy a car, I'll be sure to be there with them, since I know where they are. Thanks Jim Glover. You guys are great.
I am a returning customer at Jim Glover Chevrolet. I bought my Silverado 2500 last year and just recently with the help of the sales and management team purchased my wife a Beautiful Denali that they searched for several weeks to find and ship in not knowing if it would be the one my wife would fall in love with or not. They treated us very fair on both purchases and gave top dollar for our trade ins. I have recommended Jim Glover Chevrolet to My Sister & Brother in law, who both purchased new vehicles as well as my sales director who purchase his wife a new Camaro and is currently considering buying a new truck as well. The entire process was so well planned. I had pre-approval before I even entered the store. All of the staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable about the product and their specific role I'm the process. I had totally dreaded car shopping because in the past it was painful and lasted hours. The staff at Jim Glover changed my mind. Thank you
Excellent service experience - my heated leather seats were not working to start this winter season. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed very quickly. I was very pleased!
It was just what I expected, Hats off to Joe. He displayed a very sincere concern for me and my need to have my car in a working condition as he took time to explain to me what was wrong. And I TRUELY appreciate him explaining the cost up front to just inspect the car. No surprises.
Everyone is extremely friendly, each time I come in I'm treated with great respect. The service team takes care of me & answers my questions with knowledge & makes me feel important. I do not regret buying my car.
