Great doc! LOUSY office manager – My daughter had an appointment for a regular eye checkup which takes 2 hours. After dilation drops were administered she was asked to wait in the waiting room for 30 minutes. I left the building to run a quick errand and notified the desk that I would be returning. I arrived back at 5:03 to find the elevators turned off and the stairwells locked. I was only able to access the office after reaching my daughter on her cell phone. Had I had the phone number for the office, I was told it would have rang through to voicemail as they are shut off at 5:00. I called and asked the office manager Amanda to extend the time for locking the stairwell to 5:30 to accomodate later in the day patients. She instead lectured me that I should never leave my daughter unattended. I then asked that she train staff to remind patients of this policy and/or to post a sign indicating that the office will close and lock up at 5:00 near the elevator. Her demeanor on the phone was awful. A very poor reflection of an otherwise professional office.
Cataract surgery done wrong! – They were recommended to us from my mom's family physisian. I recommend getting a second opinion immedietely. They had trouble measuring my mom's eye, never got a good read, but did the surgery anyway. Now, they say they didn't anticipate her being as near sighted as she is, so she will have to do the surgury again. My mom is 65, and this is her very 1st surgury. There was no compassion, no concern and no apologies. Dr. Lee just said "things happen." Then we asked who's going to pay for the next surgery , she wouldn't charge again, but everythingelse you would need to pay again! Of course, surprise, surprise! Then she goes in for a follow-up visit, the nurse puts eye drops in and says that Dr. Lee will be right in, and NOBODY even looked at her eye. The Dr. proceeds to take us to talk with somebodyelse, who's not at her desk, then she says well, I'll have her call you. A week later no call! So disappointing, never again!!!! No compassion at all, she was treated like a dog!
Great Service! – I saw Dr. Puri for sinus and allergy problems. He was very thorough and kind. His staff were very helpful! I will definitely continue seeing him!
