Did I just pay 26 dollars for five little slices of pork on bitter chinese broccolli? I'd be pissed but it was kinda comical when it was contrasted by the twelve inch plate!

Ok, well at least the lobster fried rice will make me happy. WRONG! I could've made this boring, flavorless, rice. For what I paid I thought maybe there would be lobster in it, maybe it was lobster essence fried rice.

I also had the cantonese spring rolls. They were tasty but a little greasy.

Everything came out of the kitchen pretty fast, almost too fast. Like preprepped fast. Except for the monkfish dish that another person in our party ordered (his came out when we were finished eating).

Maybe I'm at fault because when I ordered I had to use my cell phone light to read the menu, so yes I could've made better choices. Anyway, bottom line is we had fun talking and eating in the dark but I am never rushing back to eat at this tourist trap

The staff will make you lose your appetite before the food does! – Why would you put so much money into making a place look modern and beautiful, only to fill it with an ugly/overwight, acne ridden waitstaff? Oh, yeah, did I mention unfriendly? They could at least give us that. I've heard this complaint whenever the AC Buddakan is being discussed. This location is half-assed to the other ones in every way!

overpriced & tasteless so called food they served u – the food sucked & the tall, slim matre d with the short bleached blonde hair sucked too!! she kept us waiting for at least 10 minutes while busy chatting away on the phone, , the place was almost empty & yet she seated us at the worst possbile table right outside the bathrooms & kitchen. when we questioned her , she just brushed us off & walked away, unbelievable!! i would've fired her with a heartbeat !!!

the jumbo shrimps sure looked impressive but totally TASTELES, the Pad Thai noodles were guaranteed

unauthentic & bland.

Good food but a little overpriced – We went here on a Friday night. Our waiter was very helpful and overall great service from him, but some of the other waitstaff was not so good (the girl who brought our salad put it on the far end of the table and we had to rearrange the settings ourselves to accommodate it). The house salad was good (it's a house salad so I wasn't expecting much anyway). We also had the Buddakan Style Sashimi which I enjoyed, but companion didn't seen to care for it. The Grilled Lamb Chops were excellent, I recommend this dish. The Wasabi Filet Mignon was pretty good, although it could have been better, I have had better at Pod in Philadelphia. After our meal, the manager came by our table to ask how we enjoyed our meal. They very much want to know what diners think of the food because they aim to please. I expressed my disappointment that they did not have the lobster main course, but they explained that they are working on tweaking that dish for the AC restaurant. Apparently the Grilled Lamb Chops is a popular dish there, so again, I recommend this dish. The ambience is very nice, as expected. If going back to AC, it's hard to choose a restaurant now since we have great options at the Pier now, but I would probably go back after trying out the other Pier choices.

AMAZING! ! ! food, service, decor A+ – I came here with my wife to celebrate our 5 year anniversary and boy did I make the right choice! The mystical and surreal decor really takes you to another world, especially the romantic Asian garden which was definitely brownie points with my wife. The service and cuisine exceeded my expectations as well. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, making great recommendations. Our dining experience really set the tone for a great anniversary. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Worst service EVER – One of the worst dinning experiences I have had in a long time. We sat promptly, but that is where the service ended. We waited 20 minutes to order our first drink and meal. It took 1 hour for the salad and one appetizer to arrive, after the second hour passed, we still had not rec'd our dinner! Plus we were only offered 2 drinks by that time-We asked for the manager, he never showed, 10 minutes later the wrong food shows up at the table ... we stood up, asked for the check and walked out... How can you command a high end crowd when the service is terrible ... the staff is a train wreck waiting to happen. My expierience in Philly and NY were the real deal.. this was a cheap imitation --All I wanted was my order of Pad Thai!
