They Were The Only Company That Answered The Phone! – I had called several companies looking for a property management company. I had just inherited an apartment building and didn't know the first clue about managing a building. I called atleast five different companies and no one answered except for this company. I was shocked that I finally got a company and was pleasantly pleased with the results. I couldn't beleive that they took their time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me off of the phone. They were very patient and gave me more information about what I should do, what I should look at and what questions I should ask. I told them I was still looking, but I told them they would be the top company on my list. Well, last three weeks ago I went with SSDC Management and have been very pleased! They were the only company that followed up with me and it has been a great relation so far, they keep you informed on everything. I highly recommend this company. Keep up the good work SSDC!
A Trustworthy Company – I had fired my property management company because they were dishonest and I never got any of my rent money. I started looking earlier this year for a new company and came across thsi company. I was so fed up with bad tenants and bad companies. When I called I told them what kind of tenants I wanted, what I was not going to put up with and wanted to know what could they offer? Well, let me just say, I was very angry when I called. I spoke with a woman name Stacy and she took everything I was spouted without interrupting me. Boy she was really patient with me. After I was finished she said she was sorry to hear about my story and how different SSDC was. She told me that I could not take only the tenants I wanted because of a law called "Fair Housing"? She told me about other laws and rules that property management companies are suppose to follow and what SSDC stands behind. After the conversation, I made an appointment with them. For seven months now, they turned my 20-unit building around. I have no vacant apts, they got me more rent money, my expenses are much lowered and they send me a detailed report every month, but mostly, I'm getting money from my building!! I like this company and their honesty. They are a keeper.
Chris and Trina ROCK! – I contacted Chris and Trina about two years ago. I had to start the process of selling my home and needed to find a renter that could afford to pay more than $5,000/month in a weak economy. Since the first day we met through the sale of my home (this week) they have been incredibly proactive, protective and unbelieveably reasonable in their rates. They found a very qualified renter within 5 days that stayed 1 year and then found several people who agreed to go month to month (and still pay very high rents) while they showed and eventually helped to sell my home. I literally spent 5 minutes over 2 years on my home. They handled EVERYTHING! I HIGHLY recommened Chris and Trina. Thanks Women! You Both ROCK!
A "Good Call" – I randomly found this company online as I was researching steps to take if I wanted to investigate a part or full time career in property management. I spoke to Chris and she was delightful. She teaches intro classes in three JCs and encouraged me to take her class as a low risk investment, which I am planning to do. Thank you Chris!
Sec 8 troubles – I am an owner of Sec 8 properties. About a year ago I was having a hard time collecting rents and other troubles from my tenants, so I started searching for a property management company. When I found SSDC Management my first thought was their prices would be more than I could pay for. After speaking with one of their reps I was impressed by the professional service, how much they knew about Sec 8, and prices are affordable. Since I’ve hired them, my units have continued to be rented, and they have been very successful in getting my rents each month and solving my troubles. This Management Company has exceeded my expectations.
I like this company! – What I first liked about this company is that they answered the phone. The second reason is because they specialize in managing small apartments as well as bigger apartments. The few companies that I did reach, said they didn't deal with small apartments. I like how they treat you. I have a quadplex and while others said no, so far, I'm being treated like one of the "big boys!" I'm going to renew my contract with them when it expires.
The best in customer/client service & management – SSDC Management is a company that goes beyond what is expected. I have two properties and both are managed well, occupied and each unit is renting for more than what I thought I could receive. The representatives provided marketing information to show me what price they felt it would rent for and offered suggestions on what would make my properties more appealing. I took their advance and I was able to get more in rent and have nicer looking apartments. Also, I get detailed monthly statements and weekly emails on what's happening with my properties. I'm very happy with this company and have recommended them to a few colleagues of mind.
