Sprouts at Marsh & Forest – I am so disappointed after moving to Dallas from Los Angeles where I shopped for very fresh produce at the Sprouts Farmers Markets there. Why can't we ever have fresh produce in this Dallas store? I'm sure there are local farmers who would be more than happy to provide fresh produce to place on the shelves. This store need to get it together and soon.

Mexican produce – I used to work at the sprouts on forest and marsh in dallas. Let me tell you some things about sprouts. first off, i stocked produce there for almost 2 years and almost all there produce comes from mexico or south america, way to support our local farmers and our country by the way! secondly, they have most rude managers and employess that i've ever worked for or worked with. third, a lot of the produce that we unloaded off the trucks would come in already rotten or with mold and crap all over it. last the store manager is a complete douche and is the rudest store manager i've ever seen, i don't know how he hasn't been demoted yet and they only people that have been employed at the store for some years are all black people so....yeah draw your own conclusions on what's really going on there. so yeah if u want rotten produce from mexico then by all means shop at sprouts!

Hiring Practices at Sprouts? – I really like Sprouts in general regarding prices, products, and personnel.

Unfortunately, some of the employees are rude!

I was at the Sprouts at Forest Lane/Marsh at 1:00, Wed., 03/11/10. As I was leaving two employees were standing close to a food counter that I needed to pass in order to exit the store. They were both overweight, especially the female. Her enormous hindquarters were facing this two foot wide passage. As I slowly squeezed through I politely said "Excuse me." As I continued walking to the exit she started laughing and said "That customer thought i was actually going to move for him!" I reported this incident to the store manager? A fellow named Greg. He was polite, but offered no outline of what if anything he might do or any feedback he might give me.

Editorial Review – Focusing on locally grown fresh produce and meats, this store also sells natural foods, vitamins and organic groceries.
