My positive experiences with Classic Maytag dates back almost 15 years. As a general contractor, I have personally purchased many appliances from them, and always with 100% satisfaction. I have also recommended them to my customers as well. Most recently, I purchased a used washer and dryer for my personal use, and was thrilled with not only the service but the price too. Their customer service and attention to detail is far and away superior to any of the big box stores.

Upon moving to the Green Bay area, I needed to purchase multiple appliances for my home. Several people recommended Classic Maytag based on past positive experiences. Over the last ten years, I have purchased at least five different appliances from Classic Maytag and have received exceptional customer service each time. The sales representatives are honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. The delivery/service department is prompt, efficient, and flexible. I have been highly impressed by my overall experiences with Classic Maytag and will continue to purchase my appliances from this store in the future. I highly recommend this business! I appreciate being treated like “family”.

Don't call these people – These people don't know what customer service is. They are rude on the phone and don't seem to care who knows it. The repair man came to our house to fix our dryer. He said he needed to order a part; he said it would be delivered in 2 days. 2 weeks passed with NO contact. Finally I called to get an update... they were rude and said well sometimes it takes longer. When I asked why they wouldn't have called us to let us know there was a problem the girl (who sounded about 12 years old) acted shocked that I would even ask such a thing. Meanwhile we went weeks to get the part installed only to find out there was nothing wrong with the dryer and it was in fact a gas line issue. So 3 weeks and a $100+ later I am right back where I started. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
