Great Saturday Nights. I really enjoyed my time at Club Karma this weekend. They were advertising free (well) drinks but i knew you could not get drinks such as patron and grey goose for free. I did receive a free well drink coupon and enjoyed it. I usually don't drink well but i knew one was not going to hurt me. The bartenders were busy and i did have to wait about a min to get a drink but once i opened a tab with the bartender i never had to wait again. All my drinks were to my liking and drinkable. Drinks were reasonably priced for a night at a club. I was not going for the free "whatever" i was going to have a good time and my girls and i truly enjoyed our self. DJ played all the top 40 hip hop and even some old school Jay Z. That's when the crowd got pumped. Excellent place to go out with ya girls and have a good time

Customer Service, DJ, Parking. This was my second time in a year and half that I have gone to Karma and even after a year and half the drinks are still bad. I would rather go to a more urban night club and get my drinks and then come to Karma. We had to wait to be served a "free drink" which wasn't really free because it didn't mean you can get what you wanted only what was on the house.. but hey they dont tell you that at the door. The bartendar was the worst and I agree that there are only 3 bar stations with lousy bartendars. So as the night goes on, I requested a song to be played twice and the DJ said he had the song and would definitely play the song. Needless to say I NEVER heard my song. And to top it off we paid for parking and some people got their cars towed cause where they paid for parkign wasn't legal parking for patrons... Ouch!!! I will not attend this spot again and I will not adverstise it to others.

TOO LOUD. i am not an old person and can handle loud clubs, but this place is over the top. the music is way too loud and the dj will just about ruin your eardrums. save your hearing and stay away.

Large high-end dance club in north Dallas features Zen-inspired decor and outdoor patio.. In Short
This large dance club has the Zen appeal its name alludes to. The tropical plants, soothing fountains and the rotunda by the romantic fireplace enhance the Asian theme decor. The theme continues on the large patio with oversized furniture and a tall Buddha statue. Drink stations are planted throughout. The club is also available for catering and private events.

club. All of the recent March reviews you see are true, except for that obvious one that is clearly an "ad" for the place. My experience turned out much like the others.

When we first found the place it looked amazing. 3 you call it's, no entry fee, huge dance floor, pretty people, the whole 9 yards. The next time we came? Cover charge, hot drunk girls going into the men's room, plus higher drink prices, which I can live with as long as it keeps out the riff raff.

That was back in January and February of 2007.

Fast forward to June of 2007. Whoever previously stated that they felt like there was "an asian convention going on" is exactly right. I swear to you 90% of the crowd was of asian descent. Which didn't leave much room for the other races: About 10 white people, 4 African American, 2 hispanic, and it seemed like half of these people were on a date with an asian.

Oh but wait! You missed getting into the place!

$5 bucks for parking in their lot. Across the street as well...they set up camp there too.

DON'T WEAR SNEAKERS. Whatever you do. Unless of course you know the door guys. And, how much does it cost to "slip" them something to get in with sneakers? $40 bucks. Thats right, $40 bucks with your $15 cover (guy cost). So $55 bucks just to get in. Somehow we got away with slipping the door guy $15 bucks, but thats with 3 girls crowded around the door guy pleading and begging.

Music was a good music and the drink prices are medium to high. But everything else ruins it. Especially the staff.

Overall stay away...STAY FAR AWAY. Hopefully this place will go belly - up just like its counter part "Club X" off the Tollway.

It's a prime market to tap into but you have to be a real freakin idiot to run it right into the ground like these owners are.

Better have a back up plan. This USED to be a kick butt place to go dance and hang out with great people without having to drive all the way downtown. HOWEVER, the last two times I went there I was completely appauled at the rude employees. Everyone from the parking lot attendants, to the people at the front, to the bartenders emit a terrible attitude. This club had ZERO customer service and has completely forgotten how to take care of their customers. IT has gone from my favorite place to go, to a place that you could NOT pay me to visit again.

Worst club experience ever. We paid for VIP and got put in the back. We were told after 20 min. of trying to talk to the manager that VIP only reserves the table does not include drinks, which was not what we were told over the phone several times. Our waitress was buying herself more drinks than what we were getting. The dress code is a joke they tell guys they have to wear corral shirts and no snickers well I saw plenty of people with snickers.

And if you?re a girl be ready to stand in line for the restroom because they only have one with no air conditioner. Will never be back again even if Digweed comes again.

Very disappointed and shocked.. Karma seemed like the perfect place to go on a Saturday night. We approached the door and yes, there was a line. I didn't quite understand why. We were probably 6th or 7th in line. It was myself (female) my sister and a male friend. My male friend was wearing very trendy athletic type shoes, a nice blazer, he looked very presentable. The bouncer approached us and told my male friend he could not come in because of his shoes. We walked away almost laughing. Not two minutes later two other men were wearing the exact pairs of shoes? Not sure what that was about...but we don't plan on going back. Hmmm very disappointed. : (
