Discusting place, dirty – My sister and I went for mani and pedis and was the most discusting place Ive ever been too. The manicure person was on thier cell phone the whole time, the pedicure supplies were not cleaned organizied. UK, i would be afraid to go to this place again.
terrible service – this has got to be the worst day spa i have been to ever.
upon entering i felt as if it was a decent business as the spa's appearance was very nice. however i have to say the service was terrible. they seem to be in such a rush to complete there services so they can move on to someone else. it seemed as if i was part of an assembly line product. i'm not sure how others feel about day spa services but for me i like to relax and have some amount of pampering done. why not, i'm paying for it! i don't like being treated as if i am just another client there to make them money. i also noticed their sanitary conditions were extreamly bad. pedicure basins were not thoroughly cleaned before attending to another customer. i wont go back to this spa. there are plenty of other spa's in the area that tend to have a much different approach to good service.they attend to there clients wants and needs!!!
Athletes Foot!!!!BEWARE – I got a pedi & manicure, from this place and a week later i end up having blisters between my toes. :-( Also noticed that they have all these signs posted on the walls to make you think they clean the spas while you get your message, thats a bunch of ...... While i was getting my message my spa did NOT get cleaned and while i was getting my manicure i saw them sit another lady in the same spa i just came out of without cleaning it! GROSE. I will never go back and i have filed a complaint with Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Bad Service – I took my daughter and friend in to a girls treat. We seemed like we were bothering them for one thingStaff was young spent alot of time talking and using computer. We all 3 got nails and pedis.Pedis were short massage even shorter.
During the time we were there we still kept getting the feeling we were the big topic of conversation.
We all had been zipped on in the area beside nails and had sore spots for days.
Spent well over a $100 and although we left a tip and it was small we will never go back.
Not sure what is going on with this place but maybe the older people should take over.
IT IS SO RUDE TO TALK ABOUT CUSTOMERS IN A LANGUAGE YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND.
More time for customers then what your daily drink is from starbucks.
Nice looking place but need to improve on alot.
Worst pedicure & manicure- Do not waste your $$. – I spent $70 plus tip on the worst pedicure & manicure ever. The ladies there push you into getting their "deluxe" treatment that is not worth it at all. The treatment made my feet hurt & sting. A few days later my nail polish was chipped on every nail. I had to go somewhere else to get them painted again. The ladies were rude & made comments the whole time. When it came time to tipping, the lady told me that they don't like credit cards & wanted cash only. I will never return & hope this review helps others considering getting your nails gone there.
