I used this company to fix my furnace a week or so ago. They came out quickly and fixed the furnace in the same visit. The technician showed up on time and was courteous. I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Thanks NW Sundance!
Used this company twice for unplugging a sewer line and had two different technicians. Both were outstanding - very professional and friendly. I had trouble with my phone line when making the appointment and the office was very understanding and accommodating. Prompt and professional!
The city notified me of a leak between the meter and my house. My warranty didn't cover it but NW Sundance came out to look anyway. They gave me an estimate. It was a little higher than other companies I had talked to, but they actually came out and assessed what needed to be done, not just guessing over the phone. I now have a new water service and am pleased with the price I paid and service I received.
Set an appoinment for 3 days out, but put me on the cancellation list. Called me the next day to give me a sooner appointment. The girl that called was understanding and polite. The technician that came out was a great guy and his apprentice was professional. Between the two guys, fixed my heating. Satisfied with the service I got.
I had to open two service calls with my warranty company. Both were assigned to NW Sundance. One was for my heating and the other for the leak under my kitchen sink. NW Sundance made one phone call to schedule both appointments. For simplicity, I had them set the appointments for the same day and time, though it was two different service guys. The first guy arrived early but did give me a 30 minute heads up. The second guy for my heating arrived within the window I was given. Both guys were nice and knew what they were talking about. They answered all of my questions and made repairs. I was not at all excited to have to pay two service fees to my warranty company but it was worth it for the service I received.
I found a leak at the faucets for my washing machine. The plumber arrived earlier than the time frame given but he did call half an hour before he arrived so I could meet him there. He was able to make the repair and be on his way within an hour. He even called my warranty company to add the leak I was having in my bathroom. He was professional. polite and knowledgeable. I will be using NW Sundance Services in the future.,
This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company for a leak under my kitchen sink. They called me to schedule and a plumber came out two days after i opened my claim. They gave me a 4 hour window of arrival but the plumber did call when he was on his way. He fixed my leak and gave me some estimates for some other plumbing issues that my warranty wont cover. I would recommend NW Sundance Service, but not my warranty company.
I recently discovered that my heater has been running on emergency heat which was resulting in outrageously high electric bills. I called NW Sundance Services for an estimate. The guy showed up on time, was very polite, respectful and knowledgeable. He gave me options for repairs as well as replacements. I opted for a replacement for my heater and the heat pump outside. Two guys came back for the installation. I had a warm house by early afternoon. I am very satisfied and would recommend NW Sundance Services. It is hard to beat a free estimate and quality technicians,
2 weeks ago I had a guy come out to my home to work on my hot water heater. I had an appointment set for between 8am and 12pm. The worker showed up on time and even called me to make sure I was up and ready for my day. When he showed up he was very nice and polite. As he was working he seemed very knowledgeable and involved with is job. It didn't take very long for him to find out what the issue was and he was more than happy to fix it for me, to make sure my family had hot water for us to take showers in the morning. Having 4 children you can imagine how important that is for us. The worker showed his empathy as he also had children and could relate to my situation. With the water heater fixed, the guy waited for a little bit to make sure the hot water was working. I thank you very much for sending this man to our rescue. Not only did he show he was professional he also showed me how a hard working family man should present himself. Thank you again.
Do NOT use this company. I had requested someone to come out and unclog a slow drain in my bathroom through my home warranty company and was assigned to NW Sundance Services. I was automatically assigned to this company. I was given a window of 2-6pm. I received a phone call from the technician around 11am that day requesting to come out early. I said that I could not have anyone at my home until 2pm because that was the window I was given. The technician seemed angry and hung up on me. My mom was at my home at 2pm and I received voice mails from the technician telling me I was going to lose my appointment. Once the technician arrived at my house he was in an obvious bad mood. He used a snake in my kitchen and bathtub, messed with the pipes under the house and once he was "finished" I had about four inches of black water in my tub that was sitting. This has never ever happened. He scratched my kitchen sink with his snake, caused my pipes under my home to crack in several spots. He then called my mother ignorant and threw his gloves at her. She called his supervisor and was treated the same way. After all was said and done the technician said there was a "foreign object" in the pipes because he knew my warranty would not cover the work. There was no foreign object and I was without plumbing for six days. I was treated horribly and will never recommend this company. I asked my home warranty company to no longer refer this company and they said that they would not. This technician cause about $1000 worth of damages and caused problems with my overall plumbing. Luckily for me I was on the phone with my home warranty company for about three hours, but was able to get a second opinion with another company and they fixed all of the damages that NW Sundance Services caused at no cost to me.
