LOVE AT FIRST BITE – PINK BERRY = LOVE. enough said.
HORRIBLE and cheating service! – I am a huge fan of Pinkberry. I eat there at least 5-6 times a week. Never had a single problem except this store. They did not give my change back, can you believe that!!!! I gave the lady 2x5dollar bill, for the 5.96$ cost of a medium yogurt. She gave me 4cents back, and closed the drawer. I told her I gave her 10$, and she said I gave her 1x5$, and 1x1$ bill, which totals up 6$. It was impossible, because I needed the change to tip the Parking Garage guys, and walked in there with 2 x 5$. She made a huge deal out of it, and I told her to count the money. She got the drawer, and went inside, did not count it in front of me. When she came back, she said that she has 2.65 cents more in the account, that she can give it to me. I told her I just want the fair change back. I was going to call the police, because I was so mad!!!...but hey its New York, and didn't want to deal with it. Left the store without even getting the yogurt, and the money she offered. Cannot believe that a company like Pinkberry is doing this!!! Ups by the way my receipt says that I gave her 3000$, and the change due is 2994.04$. Probably she did it on purpose, to mess up the account.
Uh What's The Big Deal? – Trendy nasty frozen yogurt. I don't get the reason why this place is so successful. If you say because the fruit is fresh it's not, the fruit I had has obviously been thawed from a frozen bag. The yogurt is so sour and ackrid tasting. My friend thought that maybe the yogurt went bad and that's why it was so sour. Nope it is just gross. I don't understand the appeal. It's overprices and the two flavors are kind of a joke. But I guess when you mix your product from powder then you get what you pay for. I will not be coming back.
L.A.'s beloved frozen yogurt phenomenon swirls into New York. – The frozen yogurt chain that initially caused massive lines of devotees in L.A. has officially taken New York by storm, opening more than a dozen stores in Manhattan alone. The interior looks it could be Hello Kitty's kitchen, with a mod green-and-orange design that incorporates a pebble floor, see-through Phillipe Starck chairs and white swirl-shaped lamps. Just three flavors of the perfectly sour nonfat yogurt are available--a tart "original" (plain) yogurt, green tea and pomegranate--but they're ready to be accessorized with a myriad of toppings like sliced fruit and berries, chocolate chips and assorted cereals like Cocoa Puffs and Fruity Pebbles.
