No Cookies?!. This hotel is slightly over-rated. It has an appealing foyer and you might just think you have just checked in to an elegant Novi hotel. Beyond the nice foyer, the hotel is just as average as any other. No continental breakfast, no cookie upon arrival, no cookies at all during my 3 night stay (I called down to the front desk every day). I received a discounted rate for business which was a good thing.

On a positive note, the pool area was clean, and the water was nice and warm. Housekeeping very friendly. Front desk staff could afford to be more courteous.
