Wonderful for people at any fitness level – I trusted Coach Kimmie to get me ready for my wedding a year ago and it was one of the best decisions that I've made. You can tell she loves what she does and is devoted to her clients. Her group workouts are varied, well planned, and effective. Everyone who attends is at different levels and they are friendly. She put together an eating plan that did it's job. Her one on one sessions are great and she teaches you what you should feel in each muscle during every movement. If you are looking for a first rate trainer this is your girl.
The Best Personal Trainer I've Worked With – I've spent 30 years in gyms working out with both weights and cardio. I thought I knew it all. Since attaining age 50, however, I've had a difficult time losing weight, despite using all my accumulated fitness knowledge. Coach Kimmie opened my eyes to multiple solutions which have resulted in spectacular results! Her multi-disciplined approach is invaluable and "right on" for achieving my desired results!

Best thing I've ever done for myself – Like the rest of the reviewers, I'm a die-hard member of the Coach Kimmie cult. In my lifetime, I've worked with probably 20 personal trainers and countless group instructors, and 3 different trainers over the last 3 of 12 years that I let myself go. She is, simply and obviously, the BEST. She quickly and effectively addresses the most immediate problems, from a workout, diet, and habits approach, but also helps you work towards the long term. I'm seeing lines that I'd thought were gone for good - you know, the ones you had in your 20s but thought you'd ever see again by the time you reached your late 40s.
Also, after a severe elbow injury 2 years ago, a top orthopedist told me I would always have a 5-10 degree bend in my elbow, and constant low-level soreness. After 6 months with Coach Kimmie, I could straighten my arm completely, and most of the time am completely unaware that I ever injured myself. To me, that feels like a miracle.
From a personal perspective, Coach Kimmie is so motivating and personable that it's actually *fun* to work out with her. She provides plenty of variety of equipment and movement to keep things interesting. I just can't say enough good about her.

I physically use my body in my job, and over the years began to become quite lazy with my work-out routines. By the time I got to Kimmie I was near serious physical injury. Today, almost a year later I feel stronger than I ever have and I am closer to being able to do things I could not even do when I was an athlete in high school and college.
Kimmie is wonderful because she will take you wherever you want to go. Her clients have different goals and objectives, and she handles each with great love and respect. Her work-outs are customized for each persons needs, and she is very careful about paying attention to situations as they arise.

Exceptionally Well Qualified Physical Trainer – Coach Kimmie is my fourth trainer, and is head and shoulders above all the rest. I have been working with her for over 8 years, and I can say that I am in much better shape because of it. As a 75 year-old, I just wanted to keep in working shape, but she has done so much more to relieve aches and pains of ageing, to keep me flexible, and to strengthen bones and muscles. For younger folks, she can make you look good while building you up. I recommend her 100%. She can't be beat. Plus she is a lot of fun to work with. You will not be sorry if you decide to work with her.
Best trainer bar none! – I was hesistant to join the group training as I had gotten so used to working out by myself over the years. Once I started, I thought it was fantastic!! Coach Kimmie is an excellent motivator and serves as an inspiration herself. She obviously practices what she preaches. Something else that I noticed was that even in group training, she finds ways to customize your workout so that it best suits your goals and needs. Since starting with Kimmie, I've been asked by many members of the tennis club I belong to what I have been doing to get in shape. I point them in Kimmie's direction. It's fun, well worth the money spent and it helps revitalize your motivation to get in shape. You don't have to be a gym bunny at all to appreciate her workouts which are varied, challenging, but most importantly, fun. Best Personal Trainer in Houston – I've been working out at the gym for the last 10 years...you know how it is...I would do the same old workout...which was fine until I woke up one day and realize that the workout I had been been doing was not getting the job done anymore. Great results while having fun training! – Kimmie is an exception trainer who simply gets results. In three months I have seen incredible results in the form of weight loss, body fat loss, improved strength and better balance. The combination of indoor group training, outdoor group training, nutritional counselling and training program guidance have been effective in keeping me motivated so that I can see the results Everything is done so that it is fun and the focus is on using your body better with movement based exercises rather than weights as the greatest focus. Environmental Fitness training is strongly recommended as it get fast results and provides training tools you can use almost anywhere -without a formal gym! Every client is supportive of each other and the challenges are set for every person's fitness level and goals. Kimmie is the best personal trainer I've ever worked with - and will be the person I continue to work with!
Great help in helping me get back in life – @ the age of 45 I would not still playing rugby if it were not for Coach Kimmie's understand of the physical demands of sport.

Her outdoor training is outstanding. She adjust the workout to fitness level of her clients without taking away from her more fit clients.
