“The tea is amazing, the place is amazing, the WiFi is free, the food is good (but expensive as in $9 sandwiches), and they have the coolest skincare gift stuff in there.”

Lovely alternative to the ever annoying 'Bux.
Lovely teas. Tasty sandwiches and snacks.
Docks for charging your coterie of i-products.
This makes for a nice change of scenery from that far too well known, on every other corner, barista bearing spot we all love to hate.
If you want to get out of your dull apartment to do some work, and the weather doesn't allow for sitting in Madison Square Park, this is your best bet.
Their tea selections make for a wonderfully inexpensive welcome hostess gift. I've gone back to this option a number of times, and it is always well received.
yay subtle tea.
our office goes on Subtle Tea trip every afternoon that it isn't freezing. and we all love it.
they have amazing tea selection, a cheerful atmosphere, and a really friendly, fun staff.
also, they laugh every time i order a dirty chai, which i heartily appreciate.
Stay for the Mocha, Ignore the GoldDiggers.
Obnoxious, blonde, twitchy, European girls who spend all day surfing SeekingEngagement (dot) com
Stay far far away from them... you won't be able to get anything done because their ADD is contagious!!!!
Real Choice, Real Good. I just love this place. A tea vibe is totally different than a coffee vibe and much more pleasurable. To be able to choose a tea based upon what time of day you are drinking it or what health ailment you're hoping to cure or whether you're an amateur or an expert is refreshing and even fun. I haven't tried the food-food, but am nearly addicted to those peanut butter cookies. The communal table also has tons of magazines for nearly any taste, including celebrity gossip mags. I have only one request for improvement, and it is for those who work behind the counter: find a way to make your smiles and your chirpy comments REAL. We can spot fake far away, thanks!
Great Place, Rude Owner. The tea is amazing, the place is amazing, the WiFi is free, the food is good (but expensive as in $9 sandwiches), and they have the coolest skincare gift stuff in there. If you love Soy Luck Club in the West Village, you'll love this place. There isn't a comparable place in the FlatIron/Grammercy area. BUT Why oh, why is the freakin' owner so rude! There are actually two owners (brothers) and one of them is just the rudest! Can they, like, hide him from us customers?
