Highly recommended – I am very pleased with their services. My mother is 91 and I bought her some personal training services, she wanted to get some strength back and increase stamina. At first I was skeptical, but it has been 6 months and my mom says she loves training it actually made her more positive on life. The thing I love is my mother has started walking straighter and wants to do more activities, like going to the mall.
Excellent trainer – I tore my acl during a soccer match and got it rehabilitated but i gained 23lbs in 3 months period. I was never overweright so I did not know whatto do. At first I tried working out on my own but was not gettign the results I wanted. I was so use to being 160lbs and toned but now I had a beer belly. They taught me about nutrition and explained to me about why I gained the weight and the fact that I am older I know longer have the same metabolism as I was. Great Trainer – Camille's Fitness is great, I needed to build up muscle strength and lose weight. At first I was skeptical, because instead of using weights she had me using bands. I was wrong, this workout was harder than any weights I ever lifted. Within one month I incresed my weights by 10lbs. I can now bench press 235 lbs
Good, and personable – I was skeptical about hiring a trainer, but I needed to lose weight and tone up so I can look my best for my wedding. I had 7 months and wanted to lose 85lbs. I have to admit at first during the Free COnsultation she told me that she could nto guarantee the weight that I wanted to lose but she can guarantee weight loss. I knew what I wanted to do and I watched the bigget loser and knew it was possible. I decided to shop around some more and realized that all the other places guaranteed weight loss and the weight that I wanted to lose, but they did not seem as sincere so I waited another month and decided to sign up for 3 months 3 times per week, at first. The first month I lost only 4lbs I was discouraged about the scale even though i went down 2 dress sizes. My trainer realized my discouragement and analyzed my daily habits and told me to make some changes. She also explained other things to me and I can admit I was not doing what she told me to do. The second month I decided to sign up for 6 days a week instead of the initial three because I was not doing what I was told to do on the off days. i was not motivated. The second month I lost 18lbs. I was so excited its been about 5 months. I get marriend in April and I only have 23lbs more to go to reach my goals. But the funny thing is I think i look great the way I am. So I am not focusing so much on the weight as much. But what I love about Camille is that she does not treat me like a client she treats me like a friend and she cares about me and my results. I can tell she works hard at making these programs individualized to my needs and fitness. I recommend her highly.

Great Trainer – I have diabetes and for the last 2 years I kept gaining weight. I went from 140 to 180. I did not like my body anymore. So I decided to get a trainer. Not only did Camille's Fitness help me lose weight but she also heloed me understand what food and why I kept gaining weight. I learned a lot so now I am able to maintain my 152lb, which I love.
Excellent Trainer – I am 25 and I use to run track, I had torn my Hamstring 2 years ago while training for the olympic trials. Last year I decided to start training again. Not only did Camille's Fitness help me get back into competition shape, but I now have more power and strenght that I ever had even in college. She also help me get the flexibility back in my hamstrings. She is great. I did not make it to the olympics but I made it to the 2nd round which I have never done in prior years.
highly recommended great trainer – i was struggling to lose 15lbs for the last 2 years. I have back problems and I have fibroids. I could not seemto shrink the size of my lower abdomen, so I decide to find a trainer.
