Avoid Romeo's Pizza! – I worked at the Cuyahoga Falls Romeo's a while ago as the store manager. Let me tell you, avoid this place at ALL costs! The owner Jason forced me, and others, to use old, expired products when making food. All due to the fact of how cheap he is. He treats his employees with no respect, and pays them the bare minimum. Time after time, I expressed my concerns to the owner about why I didn't want to use expired food. His reply would be "The oven will cook it off." After a while, I was sick of being treated poorly, and being forced to nearly poison customers who pay for this overpriced food. I took several calls of people becoming sick from what they believe was caused by Romeo's food. Jason would also often make sexual passes towards me, along with many other female employees, even those under the age of 18. Please, for your own well being, along with your family, avoid Romeo's in Cuyahoga Falls, Twinsburg and Tallmadge, as these are all operated by the same owner.
Great place... I highly recommend – This one is a must try. A large menu with something for everyone. Great food, friendly and fast service. It has become the family favorite.
It's not the long black hair... – We tried Romeo's pizza because it was close to where we lived, and the pizza was good. As we were finishing it off, we found a long black hair baked into the crust. No one in our family has black hair and besides that, it was definitely baked in. So we called them and they told us we could come down right then and get another pizza. Let?s use common sense...do you really have the appetite at that point after you have dangled the pizza crust with someone's hair baked in enough to hold it? We were then told that the next pizza we ordered would be free. Okay, it happens, and I THOUGHT they would actually do what they said. By the way, I offered to take the pizza down to show them and they said it would not be necessary. So, a few weeks later, we decided to try them again and I call for my "free" pizza...except now it will cost me $8! Common Sense: $8 does not equal free. So I argued for a while and even though the manger I spoke with was not the same manager or owner that I spoke with the first time, he said we were never told that. We were told that...very specifically. He then said, "We aren't accustomed to giving away free pizza." Funny cause I am not used to buying pizza with a long black hair in it. He also said, "I'm not saying you're lying, but..." Huh, he just did. I told him that I should have brought the pizza down like I had offered for witness?s sake. It?s a shame but that?s what I should have done. For the record, I didn't yell or go off the deep end, and the reason I'm not going back is not because of the long black hair...that happens. I am not going back because evidently Romeos does not value their customers and I was flat out lied to by one of the managers. So all you other pizza places in Twinsburg, congratulations, you have a new customer
Never, ever eat at Romeo's!! – After screwing up a third order, Scott, the manager, verbally abused me on the phone and refused to refund the amount I paid. So I took the pizza order back down to the store and demanded a refund. Scott again refused and then wasn't even man enough to deal with me - he forced some minimum wage pizza boy to try to get me to leave. When their attempts to kick me out failed they resorted to calling the TPD! Mind you, I just wanted a simple refund!!
The police showed up and since Romeo's was clearly in the wrong they made sure I got a refund. I wasted over an hour but it was worth it. They tried to screw me out of $30. As far as I'm concerned, they are nothing more than theives and I'll do my best to make sure everyone knows NOT to purchase from them!
Call the owner, Jason, and tell him that you read this review and he better get his act together!
