Not Trustworthy. Our company was subcontracted out by this company and did two jobs over 7 mos. ago. After multiple phone calls to get paid, they stop calling back. After I filed complaint with Better Business Bureau then we get a partial payment of $2000 which bounced, and had to wait a week for a cashier's check. Now months later we are told another company--CSSI-- is handling their overdue payments to subcontractors. After months of talking to them, still no more payments and not even a date of when to expect a payment. Time for an attorney's call. Advice to the wise: never do business with this company--Mark Delano was the contact person--BEWARE.

I wrote this review and have spoken with Mark Delano who was very apologetic and professional in explaining the problems involved here and it is now in the hands of CSSI to resolve all subcontractor debts. So my complaint is really with CSSI at this point.

Does not meet expectations. This company has been in business and does not reside at the address listed (amy drive) they left there and took everything in the lot without paying any of their bills. They can not pay their employees, and as a friend the fellow employees were warned, and still did their work without pay. Now several months later, leading other businesses on saying that they "will pay their debt the next time they get a check" They do have more than 20 employees, well they did. Now I am not sure other than the fact that Mark Delano's hard workers are getting the shaft and he may be working under new business names. H&D Contracting and or Brookstone Contracting. He uses a bank that does not even trust the money that is in there. They can/will not back up even an employee payroll check, if the emplyoee goes to their personal bank they have to see if it will clear first prior to cashing it or it will bounce higher than a rubber ball. If a person gets hurt stand in line there is no workers comp and no insurance. Promises are made every day but non of them have been kept. He makes it look like the employees are always the bad guys but Mark Delano is the biggest scammer you will ever meet! He is out for money not to do business!

Beware!. Contractor lacks integrity. Hires sub contractors to do work but has issues paying for work performed. States that payments are sent but payments are never received. Stay away!
