SCAMMERS!!!!



A year ago they sold a supposedly teacup yorkie to my daughter, they took her $3,000. Well they lied and they ripped off my daughter, the puppy is now a year old and is not a teacup. She is 9 lbs and she is mixed. I can't believe what a scam this store is. By the way you should be aware that they also get their dogs from pyppies mills. If you don't want to be their next victim don't shop there!!! They are liars and thieves.

Best experience ever! Went in looking for an English Bulldog and walked out with the sweetest Yorkie EVER! Shelton helped us and he was very good with us. Store is amazingly clean and very interesting!

Last year I adopted the most adorable precious babyboy yorkie from this store and have enjoyed him ever since. I was extremely blessed to have found this caring store. I want to extend a special thanks for my baby. He is healthy, at his last vet visit he weighed 3.1 lbs and he is full of energy! He is very much loved and he sends his love. *hearts*

terrible customer service – I brought my little chloe in to get groomed... went in the day before to set up an appointment for the following day at 1 pm. when i dropped her off at 1245pm to be groomed i was told that it would take about 2 hours to finish the work and they would call me. I hadnt heard from them and when i went back in at 4pm *(3hours after i had dropped her off when i was told it would only be 2 hours) she still wasnt ready. They had just given her a bath when I got there. Expressing my frustration about how i had an app at 1 pm she had been there for over 3 hours at this point, they told me the reason they were running behind is beacuse they had 3 full grooms at 10 am this morning and thus the reason for the delay. Theyn told me she would be done in 30 min for a service that i was told would take 2 hours earlier in the day. So sure enough 30 min later they called to say that she was ready for pick up. When picking her up i again vocied my frustration about the amount of time i was told it was going to take to do her service. she had been there for 4 hours in a crate the enitre day. I was then told the reson for the delay was because a groomer had called in sick and there was only one on staff that day which was not told to me when i dropped her off at 1pm or when i went in at 4pm... my dog chloe once given back to me was crying and pulling on her leash by the door she was clearly very upset and wanted out of there. They said they were sorry but when expressing my frustration the groomer and the 2 girls behind the counter just stared at me... they had absoloutly nothing to say... and when i called them out on having no words they said to me "mam what do you want us to say" are you serious... completely unprofessional and unwilling to admit to their mess up. The only thing they did do was take 5$ off my service to make up for the situtaion to later find out that you get a 5$ discount for first time service. As i left and made it very clear that i would never be returning and i would warn my friends of this place ... i saw the groomer and 2 girls behind the counter staring at me as i left the store with my dog and got in my car. This place is a wanna-be Sniffany and Co... you'll never be that. You have poor poor customer service and with my dog crying like that ready to get out of there im not sure what you are doing to dogs there but it seems as though mine didnt like it one bit. You should be shut down and reading other reviews you should be ashamed of your selves selling sick dogs to people and displaying them the way you do. Shame on you. DONT EVER BRING YOUR DOGS HERE OR BUY MERCHANDISE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so happy with my new puppy – I had to put my Bichon Frise down not long ago. It broke my heart. I missed him so much that I knew I would need a puppy to help me through. I knew I wanted to try a Maltese this time around so I went to Prince and Princess Pet Shop. They not only had the puppy I wanted but the staff was extremely kind and helpful. I have now had my puppy for a week and a half and I already love her. I took her to a vet for a checkup just to make sure she was healthy and they gave her a clean bill of health. I couldn't be happier with this Pet Shop or my puppy. The price was a little high, but so far she has been well worth what I paid. I would reccomend this place to everyone who is looking for a new puppy!!

DO NOT buy from this store!!!!!! – I work at animal hospital here in Vegas and I am completely appalled and disguested with how this place does business. EVERY pet that has walked in here from that store has had some kind of illness or parasite and been inbred. Also, the so called vaccine record is bogus and has no merit what so ever. I would never, NEVER step foot in this place or reccomend it. If you do your reasearch, you realize that "pet shops" are NO place to but pets, ESPECIALLY this one. It saddens me every puppy that I see that comes from there and also the living conditions of which they are kept. I've also heard nothing good about the customer service. I beg you, if you are reading this, PLEASE DO NOT buy from this store. Find a repetuatble breeder or save a life and rescue.

Once again I'm sorry we didn't want to work with your animal hospital. We already have a very reputable animal hospital we have been working with for many years now. Our puppies are very high quality and we pick the best breeders possible to work with us. How can you speak for all pet store puppies? Of course we keep all the puppies current on vaccinations, it's for their safety. When you called us to ask us about the health record we explained it to you in detail but you still proceeded to give the puppy all the vaccinations all over again. Our customer called and informed us. They will not be returning back to your animal hospital. I find it very disturbing that you would re-vaccinate the puppy all over again just to make money on the client.

LOVE MY PUPPY – I purchased a black miniature schnauzer in June. I like the fact that the windows are covered so no one upsets the puppies. i went in there looking for a teacup puppy. She was the only one there and i fell in love. Yes, the dogs are expensive, but you get what you pay for. Pookie is the love of my life, being recently separated after years of marriage. She is smart, and stubborn! lol. But being only 8 months old, who cares! if the weather ever gets better, i want to go back and get her a companion. This time a very small dog. Pookie goes with me everywhere, and patiently waits in car till i come out. Everyone that sees her comes up to me and says she is absolutely beautiful. I think so, but I am her mother! Go take a look, and you will fall in love. My choice was easy. Our eyes met and that was it! GOOD LUCK!

"Dior" – We got Dior from this store a few years ago and we love love her to pieces. We feel like we have been neglecting her of a friend so we went there to find her a brother. We were slightly disappointed that they would not let Dior play with the puppies there to see which one she liked but I guess it makes sense that they have to keep their puppies safe. We ended up getting Louis that same day BOY that was a hard decision to make! We were stuck between 3 of the male teacup yorkies they had there! We thank you for your patience but our dogs get treated better than most humans so we had be sure with our decision. Just as happy as we are with Dior we are with Louis. She ignored him for a couple of days but she has now accepted him and they are new BFFS.

Response to Ringworm Review by Cindy – Today, March 2nd, you called and informed me that your yorkie has ringworm. The incubation period (as told to you by YOUR vet) is NO more than 3 weeks. This is the 8th week since your purchase. Your puppy came into contact with ringworm in his current environment. I am sorry your yorkie has ringworm. As we discussed earlier today you need to treat your yorkie. It concerns me deeply that you told me, after owning and bonding with this puppy for 2 months, you don't want to treat the yorkie but that all you want to do is return the yorkie to me and get your money back. Please be a responsible pet owner. Thank you.

RINGWORM AND PARASITES – We purchased a teacup yorkie from this pet store and found she was full of parasites and within a few days she started to lose her hair, when we contacted the store, Gloria informed us that this was normal for teacups. We then had tests ran and the vet took a culture and now we have found out that she has RINGWORM this is a dog that has not been out of our home excpt to and from the vet. When we tried to talk to Gloria about this she told us that she would do NOTHING.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE AN ANIMAL FROM THIS PET STORE Gloria is not the person she leads on to be!! Beware she is not an honest person!!! They also write there own reviews and take off the ones that they don't want you to see!!!!!
