BAD PAYERS. This Company Does not pay their bills, they owe us money, if you are vendor I do not recommend them at all. ;(
What's going on???. When you first enter Spa Agio you can't help but feel like you are about to embark on a journey of relaxation. The atmosphere is friendly and calm. After checking in you are escorted to a changing room that is nothing more than a bathroom. There is a closet with draping you can change into to but if it's occupied you just stand in front of the small lockers next to the toilet in front of the mirrors over the sink and change. There is one shower in the same area and a little bar next to the door to dry your hair. It is very uncomfortable if there is more than two people utilizing the dressing room/toilets/shower/sinks at one time. I did have one (several) of the best massages I'd ever had by Yoko, but she no longer works there and everyone since is completely mediocre. I am a great massage communicator and have no problem asking for more pressure or to stay on one muscle group longer etc. Even with communication the massages have been frustrating. The reflexology path is great, but I didn't even know about it until after my sixth massage or so. Their new hours are frustrating. Closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. I am hoping they get better massage therapist and are able to keep their doors open. I like the location and want to continue to support them but the quality of massage needs to improve.
Great Environment and Customer Service.
Being the ultimate critic with spas in the Northwest... this was a surprising find.
My girlfriends and I were going to the winery for a concert and we found this lovely gem through a hotel referral. Neither Seattle or the Eastside has this level of luxurious spa . Great facials, massage and customer service. Can you say "Ritz Carlton?"
Located next to Golds Gym in Redmond... this was quite a find.
We will go back often when on the Eastside!
Awesome customer service, ambience and superb satisfaction.
From the moment I stepped into the Spa I was greeted immediately by a cheerful and upbeat staff member who seemed to enjoy and take pride in the services that were being provided. I was offered ginger tea and foot bath that was so soothing and relaxing that I did not want it to end. The massage was heavenly
and I felt rejuvenated. I plan to make regular visits to Spa Agio and would definately highly recommend it
to friends and family.
A great spa experience!.
While visiting the Seattle recently, I scheduled a spa treat for myself at Spa Agio. From the moment I entered the spa I felt welcome and comfortable. For the first time ever (in all of my spa experiences) I was actually asked to choose the style a music I wanted to listen to during my treatment. How thoughtful and true to think that each of us relaxes to a different king of music. I am glad they thought to ask. After sipping some tea I was escorted off to the first treat of my spa experience. My service provider actually washed and massaged my feet to get me in the mood for total relaxation. It was awesome. Next was the facial..Because I was uncertain of what facial treatment was most suitable for me, my service provider was happy to evaluate my skin type before the service and make a recommendation on the best one for me. What a relief. After an amazing skin treatment she took the time to write down a list of products that were most suitable for my skin type.
All of the staff were so genuine, helpful and friendly from beginning to end. It was a great spa experience.
What a luxurious experience!.
When I first walked into Spa Agio for my facial appointment I realized that all of my previous spa experiences have been significantly sub-par.
When the receptionist handed me the menu of music to choose from, I expected to look it over while I waited in the lobby for my esthetician. So I took my time reading over every musical option. Little did I know she was waiting to lead me into a locker room to change into a robe and sandals, and then on to the sanctuary to wait while I sipped fresh ginger tea, listened to relaxing music and let the calm wash over me.
As I walked into the sanctuary (a room lined with cozy chairs divided by drapes for a little privacy while you begin to relax) I literally found myself smiling. I thought to myself, ?Wow, how fancy!?
My facial took place in the Sonoma Wine Room and began with a foot soak with pressure point massage in the sanctuary to start the relaxation process (let?s face it ? it?s a process. We can?t just sit down, forget the day and relax. It?s a journey and the foot soak is a great place to begin). Sharlean, my service provider, was so friendly and well versed in the products that would best benefit my skin. The massage that she incorporated into the facial was incredibly soothing.
After my facial I walked along the reflexology path, which is a walkway with different shapes and sizes of stones embedded in it. It was explained to me that our feet hold stress and nerves for our whole body and walking on the stones breaks down that tension.
The owners and creators of Spa Agio thought of EVERYTHING. My experience was truly a luxurious escape.
My only complaint: I had to leave!
Very relaxing spa!.
Spa Agio is possibly the nicest spa I have ever been to! I felt pampered the entire time I was there. As soon as you walk in they offer you either water or some of their fabulous ginger tea. Make sure you try the tea- it tastes great and I believe it?s brewed daily at the spa. You are then given a small chart to fill out & you actually get to pick which relaxing cd you want to hear while you?re receiving your service. (My service was a Brazilian bikini wax, so I needed all the help relaxing I could get). Before my appointment I was given a tour of the locker room (very nice) and told about the other treatments they offer, which I now can not wait to try.
If you?ve ever had a brazilian, I?m sure you know that it?s not exactly a pleasant experience. Sharlean (my spa technician) was highly skilled and very professional. She was so easy to talk to and made the whole waxing experience a lot less awkward (and a lot less painful) than it could have been. If you?re even thinking about getting waxed, definitely come to this spa.
After the waxing, I tried out the reflexology rock path and had some more tea. I highly recommend trying the rock path: it?s a winding hallway with varying sizes of rocks built into the floor that you walk over. There?s also a chair that you sit in, placing your tired feet on top of the soothing rocks.
Another great perk: I was given a day pass to the Gold?s gym next door. I also highly recommend the gym: they have a cardio theatre and elipticals with TV?s built into the machines. It made working out go by a lot faster.
I will definitely be coming back to Spa Agio (and to Sharlean) for my future spa treatments. Such a great spa! The staff is super friendly and very professional.
Wonderful Spa Experience. Spa Agio makes you feel relaxed the minute you walk in the door. You are greeted with a friendly smile, soothing water sounds, soft music, and a peaceful decor. When I had my pedicure, I felt very pampered sitting in a recliner chair, with a warm wrap around my neck, as I enjoyed an endless cup of ginger honey tea. After a great foot scrub, calf message and a paraffin dip my feet and legs were very relaxed. My polish and toenails looked great for weeks! As a complimentary gift, I received two nail files and a pair of black sandals to wear home. The staff was courteous and friendly and the service was excellent! I'll go back again.
Say 'ahhhh' at Spaaaa Aaaaagio.... Wow, what a relaxing and healing experience. I went in yesterday to buy a gift certificate for a massage. I ended up setting up an appt for myself to have a pedicure today (in addition to the gift certificate). It's one of the best spontaneous decisions I ever made. When you enter, it's like entering another country - Italy - the warm tones and attention to detail extend a sense of peace and calm immediately. You take a deep breath and exhale slowly. Flowing water, zen-like music, feathery curtains, soft buttery robes, aromatherapy and candles. These are the things that greet your senses. You are treated like a Queen (or King) and you've only walked through the door! You are asked to fill out a form to give them better information about how to take care of you. You are offered a choice of three beverages: Warm ginger-honey tea (home made daily), lemon water or mint water. I tried them all. The tea is soothing and a great start to the visit. I'm escorted to the spa serenity room. Cushioned seats with billowy curtains that separate each seat and offer privacy on a busy day (fortunately I had the room to myself) invite me to rest and relax. On a tour of the facilty, I am impressed with the indoor Reflexology Path - an amazing room created for your own personal journey to healing through your feet. I can't wait to schedule a Reflexology massage. There are 11 massage rooms. There is a "Couples room" for joint massage and, for an additional charge, you can enjoy a vino (the spa theme) bath for two. It's your own private oasis to pamper each other. I look forward to trying this as well! And then, there's the staff. Ray and Patsy in particular... you can tell they love their job and the spa itself. Patsy know how to offer heavenly bliss and relief to dry hands and feet. My pedicure (including paraffin dip and masque) left my feet and legs feeling like butter. Bellisima! See for yourself.
Great service from a lovely spa!.
I had a wonderful experience with Patsy at the new wine-themed Spa Agio. Being a very picky spa-goer, I was pleased with everything about the spa. It has a modern, Asian feel with soothing water sounds and muted colors. Every surface was impectably clean (very important to me!) and I was able to get a Spa Agio pedicure with the best manicurist in town, Patsy, on short notice, which is great for my hectic schedule.
The ginger tea I was offered was a nice twist on the usual cucumber water. I was in good hands as Patsy made my tired feet look and feel wonderful after a great foot scrub and calf massage. Not only did my pink toenails look great, but today they look the same as they did on the 13th! I did not want to move from my comfy recliner afterwards. I felt very pampered after I received the other complimentary items including two different files for my newly buffed feet and a pair of "real" sandals in black that were cute enough to wear out to dinner afterwards! No more paper sandals in the trunk of my car! Hooray!
The rest of the Spa Agio staff were friendly and I felt like they enjoyed their jobs which made me feel at ease. No serious attitudes here, just amazing service with a personal touch.
