Went here to check out the hype and was quickly disappointed – An hour and a half for Nachos. (Our starter)

I tried to give the slow service the benefit of the doubt but when the food was served in the condition it was in The lettuce had sat under a heat lamp so long it had wilted and dried up! I had never seen anything like it -sour cream separated from sitting under a lamp, the cheese completely hard). There are no excuses except lack of care.

We were (one) of three tables and our waitresses ONLY TABLE most of the crowd was at the bar. It wasn't busy or understaffed. Our Waitress literally refused to serve us because she was busy talking. My water was never refilled and it took twenty minutes to get a beer refilled (because she stopped to talk to two different employees while warming the beer with her hands). Madness!

(The Customer service and quality of food was embarrassing)

The Only reason we were served period is because another customer approached her and interrupted her conversation to ask if she was going to serve him or us. I should have gone over sooner. The check was the same way she printed it out and sat and talked i had to go grab it. Any trip she made she had to stop to talk to multiple employees before dropping off anything not a quick conversation. She would set down our items and put a hand on one hip and continue LOUDLY. She personally made us feel as if we were interrupting her time to socialize- I am not interested in your social life, sexual life, or drama. Please wait until after work.

The waitresses were all also dressed in street clothes. At least they were well covered.

after calling back with a complaint (My fionce and I could not find a manager to speak with on site) a manager stated he would send us a gift card and personally serve us- To add insult to injury He DID HOWEVER also make sure to state the waitress complained that we failed to tip. (your joking right?) I am personally a generous tipper but i was so shocked and disgusted with the service alone I refuse!

That was 2 months ago nothing came in the mail.

Shows the company does not keep their word.

I was polite to the manager and polite to the waitress.

This place has left such a bad taste in my mouth I will never be back and i took pictures of the nachos which still leave viewers trying to guess whether the lettuce is fingernails or an edible vegetable.

I HAVE TOLD EVERYONE and will tell everyone not to visit this location. Just thinking about the nachos my stomach turns. The ribs and French fries were cold and of the same quality as any local chain

The best restaurant in Rochester!!!! – I love the distillery. My friends and I go all the time and we have a great time. They always have great beers and beer specials. We often do there 2 for 1 margheritas and they have the best wings I have ever had! Yum so crispy and tons of different sauces. I always have a hard time deciding what to get because they have all of my favorites apps and I love their sandwiches, ribs, pizzas, everything!!!! I loved Mt. Hope but now Winton has become my favorite and we love victor as well. They are both great locations and you dont need to deal with the city crowd. They have half price apps after 9 Sun - Thurs and always great service, the people who work there are fun! Overall one of my favorites!
