Well, it's been over eighteen months since I have been on my own, and I want to take this opportunity to thank you for the support you provided me, during a very trying time in my life. I feel so very blessed in all that I have learned and experienced these past several years. Thank you for taking the time and effort with me which is allowing me to rebuild confidence in life.

His words of wisdom, philosophy and advice are making it a bit easier for me to start a new me. His kindness towards me and Brook so greatly appreciated. A very calming presence in the face of a storm

Thanks Rich - for being so amazing, fair and compassionate. Thanks for helping to light the big picture for us. Good luck to those trying to get to the other side!

Rich's ability to listen, guide and get past hurt feelings, and find a common goal and purpose is probably the main reason I can look back at this difficult time in my life with peace and finality.

A frustrating divorce and a difficult process for sure. Rich Gordon was able to keep my ex and I on track and was surprisingly fair to both parties. The cost of our mediation was 1/3 that of legal court. I highly recommend A Fair Way Mediation for anyone that is willing to work at it. Battle in court doesn't help anyone.

I do want to thank Rich for the professional and calm manner in which he mediated the divorce for my wife and I during these past several months. This will not go down as a favorite time of my life, but Rich certainly made the transition easier

Obviously divorce is never going to be a positive experience. But, Rich did make the process better. He was patient, kind and honest....with both of us. People don't always want to hear "honest" while divorcing, but he was honest anyway.

Thank you so very much for your guidance, patience, the green lights and, of course, the RED lights during the mediation process. I am so grateful to you for keeping me focused on the "big picture" during those difficult
