Did you know you can take the bus from The Valley to here? You can and save yourself a lot of hassle with parking. I've heard they validate parking, but I can't seem to figure out where or how. A local lot is about $7 so it's not that bad. Chic-fil-A on corner is handy for a quick meal and there's a lot of good food in Westwood. Enjoy your night out. This theater has two small theaters inside and both are excellent and comfortable.
Great Venue! – I saw Cat on a Hot Tin Roof here with John Goodman and we got excellent balcony seats. I'd definitely go back and would be interested in trying their front-row seats to see how much better it is. Their concession stand's fancy but doesn't offer much in the way of variety. There's a pay parking lot down the street.
A bevy of celebrities-turned-stage creatures capture the limelight at Westwood's theatrical center. – In Short
Under the direction of producing director Gil Cates, the Geffen offers five-play seasons, mixing classic and contemporary works by the likes of David Mamet and Terrence McNally. World premieres often occur here, including "Looking for Normal" and "Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks." Television and movie actors on hiatus from taping regularly appear: Jason Alexander, Annette Bening and David Hyde Pierce have sauntered across the stage.
