Ist Day at Boot Camp!!!! – I was so intimidated to go, because I have not worked out in a while....Well actually more like a year.
The class was amazing and the Coach was AWESOME! This class is geared towards all levels and strengths. I will def. be back tomorrow for Upper Body!! :) My ass and legs are so sore I can barely sit...just sayin'!!! Absolutely Loved the class and so will you!!
I hated running, now I enjoy it!!! – My spinning buddy left me for a boot camp. She liked the fact that she was getting a full body workout, but the idea of working our at 6am was not inviting to me. Furthermore, I had hated running all my life, so I did not think this would an option for this late riser. However, I saw a deal on LivingSocial for this camp I just could not resit, so after seeing in their webpage that one of their many locations was 10 min from my house, and that there were later morning session (they also have afternoon sessions) I decided to give it a try. I loved that it is not competitive, but about the collective. We do a lot of exercises in pair or groups. Also, my trainer, Ty, encourage and challenges us. He has an education degree, and it shows in the way he structures his workouts, explains exercises and circuits, and when he shares his knowledge on form, nutrition, and running. I love that he is very supportive, for ex. when someone is behind doing a group exercise or running, he will join them in order to encourage them not to give up, or feel bad. He also pays attention to your progress and points it out to you. and most impressive of all, since he is an avid runner, he has taught me how to run efficiently and enjoy it! After spending 15 min guiding me after camp on proper form, I lower the time I run a mile by a minute! I am so happy with my camp, that my spinning body left hers and joined Synergy!!! Ah, another things, after your first month, they always offer great deals, so it is really affordable. I also signed up for six months, and after two months people are noticing the changes:-)
Great Saturday Workout! – Wonderful way to power up your day at Ramsey Park! I like to get in an early workout to motivate me for the rest of the weekend, Tim is funny, demonstrates every exercise, and challenges you to use quick bursts of energy to burn a lot of calories. The atmosphere is relaxed but purposeful, campers are friendly and welcoming, and you feel good about your efforts and your body when you finish the Saturday workout. Come join us!
Awesome Bootcamp! – I tried 2 other bootcamps before coming to Synergy Fitness Boot Camp. The first one I tried, the coach was rude and made me feel awkward, needless to say I quit the first week. The second one was a little better, but still, not what I was hoping for. Synergy Fitness Boot Camp has literally blown me away! They give such personalized attention. They send you a menu each week, motivating emails and call to follow up with you right away when you have questions or concerns. The coaches/trainers are fabulous. They are friendly, helpful and cheerful. They make you look forward to working out everyday.
I have just started my 3rd week there, and I have already lost 2.6 lbs! The workouts are varied, they tailor them to your fitness level and everyone is very social and friendly. I love Synergy. I am signed up for 6 months and am looking forward to it!
You should definitely go with these guys. Don't waste your time anywhere else!
FUN! – Highly recommended. The hour goes by quick. I never get bored. This is a FUN way to work out. Tim is a great motivator! He always comes up with something new and challenging. People are also nice and it's great to work out with a group of people.
Synergy Fitness = Five Stars – I highly recommend Synergy Fitness Boot Camp! I started only 4 weeks ago and have already lost 5lbs, 2% body fat, and a total of 9 inches- 2 of them off my waist! All numbers aside, this is a great boot camp. I was apprehensive at first, because of course I thought I would show up the first day and everyone would be super athletes and leave me in the dust. This is totally not Synergy Fitness Boot Camp! On the first day, the owner and coach, Tim, was incredibly nice and welcoming, as were the other boot camp members. There are people of many different fitness levels and ages at the camps. Tim remembers names immediately and always provides personal, positive feedback, encouraging you to take it to the next level. He is also full of motivation and energy- which is much needed at 5:30 in the morning!
The workouts are great for people of all levels. The coaches don’t give you a hard time if you can’t perform the exercises well at first; they simply provide feedback and suggest ways to improve your strength. Over just a short amount of time, you’ll begin to see improvements in your body and its strength. Also, the workouts are fun and engaging, always different and make an hour pass quite quickly!
Other perks: multiple locations, camps are held at all times of the day, Synergy Fitness provides meal plans, as well as nutrition advice upon reviewing your daily food journal. All around a wonderful workout!
Synergy Fitness Book Camp Rocks! – I love my Boot Camp! I have so much more energy since I have started boot camp. I have dropped inches and weight, and all while having a fun time. I sleep better than ever. My husband tells me I have stopped snoring ever since I have joined. So if you are kept up at night or have a partner that is keeping you up at night. Join Synergy Fitness Boot Camp!

I have been working out with Tim for over 2 years. I have achieved my target weight and fitness goals and I keep coming back because the workouts are challenging and the hour goes really fast. The workout changes every day so it's not a boring, repetitive gym routine.
Tim is an excellent motivator and the bootcampers are great, too! It's a friendly group that welcomes all ages and fitness levels.
I know that if I show up, I am guaranteed a great workout. It works and it's fun!

My favorite way to spend my time at 5:30am! – As a hospice nurse I see many people who have not taken care of their health and are debilitated long before they should be. I’m determined to be active and independent as long as possible and when I noticed I was losing my core strength and balance along with putting on weight I knew I had to take action.
Tim and Synergy Fitness Boot camp is an important part of my life and has been for some time. As a 50-something woman it is a challenge to find a motivating program
that addresses my needs and the needs of my younger peers. The workouts are fun, challenging and always different. Tim explains why we are doing what we’re doing and how to get the most out of our effort. Nutritional advice and recipes are also part of what we get at boot camp along with a daily positive message.
I’m still working toward my goals but I’ve made many gains. Tim takes an interest in everyone’s personal goals and helps them along their path in a positive supportive way. I have tried other boot camps but Tim gets my vote!
The Best Fitness Boot Camp in Austin – I joined Synergy Fitness Boot Camp after attending the "free week" introduction in January. That sold me and I joined for 3 months and I plan to stay with it forever. It is my first time to do a boot camp and I absolutely love it. Tim is a great motivator and makes working your butt off fun. No matter what your age, as I am the oldest in my class, he pushes us all to our limits encouraging us along the way. I highly recommend everyone to come join us!
