“Oh one good thing, Great location!”
“good beer special”
“have never had a bad experience, with the food or the waitstaff.”
“We all agreed that the service was slow and that they guessed that people came there because it was a good place to "be seen”
“decided because of the good food to go back again and give the waitpeople a second chance.”
“The attentive waiter mentioned that the tenth of January might be the last hurrah, so my wife and I will be there tonight to enjoy the delicious fish tacos for (hopefully not) the last time.”
“They usually have a band there on the weekends and they have a huge patio, which is always a good time when it's nice out!”

Cigarette and Beer Stench. We walked in here for the first time, and were immediately struck down by the very strong stench of old cigarrettes mixed with the smell of stale beer. The smell was so strong, it was as though they had mopped the floor with it. Yuck. We turned right back around, and left.
Great Food!. Whole Family love it! Fun place... Little different from typical mexican restaurants. They play great music and the staff was very attentive. The owner introduced himself to us and check on us throughout our visit. You don't get that often. We now have a favorite pub that has awesome food! Go Pablos!!!
good beer special. I just drank some beer, wished they had nachos or something. but the food selection was lacking.
BEST FISH TACOS EVER. I recently ate at Taco Milagro for about the hundredth time. Our waiter regretfully informed us that the place would be changing names soon, as well as decor and menu. I logged on today to see if they were still in business. After reading the reviews, I was a bit suprised. I have never had a bad experience, with the food or the waitstaff. Apparently others have, but I have dined here alone, with friends, with my beautiful wife and all three of my kids. We all love the place and are sad to see it go. The attentive waiter mentioned that the tenth of January might be the last hurrah, so my wife and I will be there tonight to enjoy the delicious fish tacos for (hopefully not) the last time.
Aviod this place. Wait staff is rude and inefficiant. Orders come out incorrect and the customer is told "Well, I guess you ordered it wrong." Sorry but I did NOT order it wrong. I sat on the patio last night and not at all impressed with this Taco Milgrow. Which is a shame because they are bringing the entire name of Taco Milgrow down....and I love the Kirby location! I hope they fix their problems fast because people will not pay the price they are asking if the service is below avaerage. They will not last in an area that has a mexican Restaurant on every corner!
Poor service. I totally agree with skoozz. I went to the Bay Area location on the recommendation of a friend who had tried the other location. Service was very slow and inattentive. The food was good but the waiter had to keep going back for things he'd forgotten, even after we reminded him. That was on my first visit. I decided because of the good food to go back again and give the waitpeople a second chance. I took a group of friends with me. We all agreed that the service was slow and that they guessed that people came there because it was a good place to "be seen". It won't be that way for long with service like this. I will not go back there again.
Expensive, ok food, lousy service. We had great expectations for this site as we often enjoy the location on Kirby and Westheimer. NOT GOOD here in Clear Lake. No salsa bar, inattentive service, wrong order, left hungry with no cash left in our wallets. Do NOT recommend. This place is so self centered on themselves and their "coolness" that there is no room for the customers or the food. It will not last long, rest assured. Clear Lakians have many many MANY good places to dine to have to deal with mediocre food and lousy service. Oh one good thing, Great location!
Ditch your Clear Lake Tex-Mex for a taste of Cabo--from top-shelf margaritas to grilled fish tacos..
In Short
Chef Robert Del Grande (Café Annie, Café Express) brings his popular River Oaks see-and-be-seen spot to Clear Lake with the same festive tequila bar and lively patio. The menu is focused on fresh flavors including smoky salsas, tropical ingredients and slow-cooked meats. Popular items include shrimp tamales, sweet potato and spinach enchiladas, pork carnitas and grilled fish tacos. The beach-inspired interior gives way to an outdoor patio with umbrella-shaded tables and splashing fountains.
