Unreliable. I purchased a coupon for this company from Amazon (99$). I called the company to set up a pick-up day and time- which was Tuesday. I called Tuesday morning and was told that they could come any time- just call them when I got home from work. I called at 4:15- and was told they would be there in an hour. 6:00 rolled by so I called them back- I was told they were still at another job and would be coming in the next 30 minutes. Finally 7:35 rolled by and they called and said they were on the way to my home. I waited until 8:30 and they still had not shown up so I called 2-3 times in the next 1/2 an hour and Chip had turned off his phone and his message box was full. They never showed up!

I called the next day- thinking that perhaps something had happened and once again- the phone rang out- and he never picked up (message box was still full). I waited until 3:00 the next day to see if he would call and let me know what was going on- but never received any kind of call- so I called Amazon and got a refund. I guess they are not reliable!!! :0(

Best Deal Junk Removal. I hired Rubbish Works to clean out a home for my client in Bellevue - they took 14 full loads and all the carpet. They were quick, efficient, honest and did exactly what they said. I am recommending them to all 60 Real Estate agents in my office. Dick Brown - Windermere

Friendly, prompt and thorough -- they make it very easy.. I called up John Davies, who works the Rubbish Truck in the Bothell area. Scheduling was easy -- I had my choice of times. He and his crew showed up right on time. They were nice, friendly, and had clean uniforms on. The cleared out my basement of junk in under two hours. He was took an old dishwasher to be recycled, as well as the wood from old cabinets. It was totally easy. I'd use them again.

Hire these guys over anyone else!!!. I am so glad I called them. I was hesitant at first - you know having someone sift through my garage, but these guys were so professional! They called me about 20 minutes before they showed up, arrived on-time and in nice clean uniforms. The crew wore khaki Carhart pants, Kelly green Polo shirts with black belts, they even had their shirts tucked in! They smiled and gave me a quote based on the size of the load. I went inside to grab a phone call and by the time I hung up they were done! They even swept up! My neighbor came over and threw in a few things and they didn't even charge him. I swiped my credit card and they were off after both of them shook my hand and said thank you. Now I can park my car in the garage again! Yay! This is the only way to go. I didn't have to lift anything or go to the stinky dump - they did it all - in about 15 minutes. I went inside and relaxed after a "hard days work" HA!
