never order from these ppl – ordered flowers for val day for my wife think "local" and should be here sometime during the day, well it is 6:41 pm and still no sign of flowers, called them and spoke to some rough voiced lady and she said we're busy due to val day, well that is understandable, but she should have let customers know that delivery would be late, i live like 5 min for there shop, i could have picked these up by now! and spoke to the owner and right away he said, if you dont want it, just send it back when the truck comes! i was very speechless! i asked him, are you serious? and he said yes! no one said they are sorry or nothing! this kind of customer service is what is killing small mom and pop businesses!!! never buy from these ppl!!! very rude and very unapologetic!!!
two years - two orders - two screw ups – son from out of state sent flowers twice - both times bad. last week we got flowers that died after two days - called, they could care less but said they would redo them. a week later we got a call from a neighbor who lives 1/4 mile away, they had our flowers. delivered to wrong address. dead flowers - wrong address - dead headed operator.
Beware what you order and what you get. – I ordered the Country Basket Bloom for Mother's Day on line. I then called them to ask if it would look pretty much like the picture. I should have known when the owner said he didn't know what it looked like. I said it was a basket and had blue flowers (mom likes blue). He then started naming the blue flowers that were to be delivered the next day.
What was delivered? Pink flower, not blue ones, in a glass vase. No basket.
My mother went to him and explained what she got and what was delivered. He said, next time I order, he would try harder....Next time???
Beware before you order – Very unhappy with the floral arrangement that was delievered. I ordered the deluxe arrangment which was to contain more flowers in the same arrangement. The arrangement was very bare. I called the store and no one cared why I was upset about the lacking arrangement and wouldn't discount or refund my money. I paid 60 dollars for 5 roses and 10 daisys....are you kidding me??!!
