NEED TENDING TOO. THIS PLACE IS A MESS. THE LANDSCAPING IS ALL GROWN UP AND OUTSIDE TRASH CANS ARE RUNNING OVER AND BLOWING ALL OVER THE PLACE EVEN IN THE STREET. I HAVE TO GO BY THIS PLACE EVERY TIME I GO AND COME INTO MY NEIGHBOR. I HAVE CALLED AND CALLED FOR SOME ONE TO CLEAN THE PLACE UP. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
