Nice Atmosphere and Great Chef's – I took my wife for her birthday. We had the hibachi special soup, noodles, rice, kobe steak, calamari steak, and shrimp. Cooked by a entertaining chef in front of us. Ask them to do the volcano onion. Nice drank the happy budu punch :-) and wife had sachi. Will repeat soon 2 hours of good food, drinks, and great atmosphere for less than $100 that's priceless.
Eyes and appetites are entertained simultaneously at this teppanyaki hotspot where Japanese delicacies are whipped up tableside. – In Short
Flying shrimp and lightning-quick knife work are the hallmarks of both gang fights and teppanyaki (aka "Japanese steakhouse") restaurants, but you won't get a brawl here. Instead, you'll be seated alongside nine other wide-eyed diners before a chef-manned hibachi grill. Along with the meal, patrons enjoy the Benihana-esque theatrics on display like the volcanic onion mountain, the soy-soaked beating heart rice, and hurling shrimp tails into gaping mouths. Teppanyaki chefs are akin to Jungle Cruise skippers, each finding their own way to spin the same, albeit cheesy, jokes. The menu offers steaks, chicken and seafood entrees, accompanied by onion soup, tangy-dressed salad, soy shrimp and veggie appetizer and rice. In fact, a fight may break out, but only over the last piece of fried shrimp.
