RUDEST NAIL SPA EVER! – I started going to this nail salon because of the relaxing and private area they give their pedicures. Every time I have called to schedule an appointment or go in for my appointment the manager is SO RUDE! After my last appointment and having to argue with the tech about how to do my french manicure and him refusing to do it the way i requested- I wasn't sure if I would go back. I decided to give it one more try. I called to schedule my appointment today and after being treated in the same rude way I told the Manager how rude he always is and that I would not be returning. Regardless of how nice their establishment is I am not paying someone my hard earned money to treat me that way. The Manager has this air about him, like- you "the customer" are lucky to be at his place of establishment-I THINK NOT! He better change his attitude or he wont continue to stay in business. Seeing the other reviews I am not the only one that has been treated this way. It is really sad that business owners like himself don't take pride in customer service and how he treats his customers. His customers are why he has a business. I will NEVER go there again!

worst spa – I went with a friend to get pedicures and it was really bad. Both of our techs were in such a hury. It was not relaxing at all. After we were done, they didn't clean the tubs. They just wiped eveything down. Very unsanitary.

high prices, poor quality – The last time I went there, the service was horrible! I got cut five times during one manicure. And on top of that, when i went to report this to the extremely rude manager, he simply replied "well accidents happen". Well I'm sure they do, but five times is a health hazard! I dont know how theses people got their state license but maybe they should have a health inspector check their shop out a little more better. (that is if they even are licensed) Who knows how she went about cleaning her nail tool after that. To make a long story short, DON'T LET THE AMBIENCE FOOL YOU. THEIR SERVICES ARE TOO PRICEY TO GET CUT DURING A SIMPLE MANICURE. AND TO BE TREATED LIKE YOU ARE THE ONE OVER REACTING IS UNHEARD OF. CONSUMERS BEWARE! ! !

Manager is crazy – Every time I make an appointment to get more than one services this man always have me down for just one service. He is not friendly and is always rude. I see how he yells at his employees all the time. I had been going there for years and notice he has alot of turn overs with his employees. Every time I find a nail tech. I get comfortable with and request for them they never last there. What is going on with that place? It's unorganized, dirty, and manger is unpleasant. Oh and he always has his kid hanging there... very unprofessional since the policy states no kids aloud. Yeah, what kind of rule is that? No, would not recommend to any one.

Manager needs a lesson in etiquette – The manager at Balisimo is quite rude and unfriendly. He's on his cell phone (with his ear piece) constantly. I went to the spa for a pedicure, and I was talking on my cell phone to my mom, who lives out of state. The manager refused to allow me to have the pedicure until I hung up the phone! The reason I was so irked by his rudeness, is because everytime I've been there, the employees are yacking away in Vietnamese into their ear pieces! There are signs in the spa which say "No cell phones" and yet the employees and the manager are constantly using their cell phones. I've not been back to the place since this happened, and I don't intend to go back, nor can I recommend it to anyone. I've always considered it very unprofessional to speak in another language in front of people, and this is a constant occurence at Balisimo!

Loves It! – I have been going to this spa since it opened & have always enjoyed it. I recommend it to everyone & have never gotten negative feedback. I got my pre wedding mani & pedi here with my mother in law & she wants to go everytime she visits.

Best Day Spa in Murfreesbro – I have just move here from California met someone in The Mall of Green Hills and that person recommended this place to me. I probably would not try it but she told me that she and her family and friends drive from green hills to murfreesboro to go to this spa. I called for an appointement the person on the phone seemed very knowledgeable and was able to assist and accomodate my request. Place was very Classy Upscale and very clean, employees was very courteous. I got a summer deluxe pedi. and mani. that was the best job i have recieve. They even gave me a glass of wine, which i thougt was really nice. Pedicure was the most relaxing and enjoyable one that i have ever recieve. Tammy the girl that gave me an eyebrow arch she is wonderful my brows have never look this great. These guys are awesome highly recommended. Price is very descent.

worst nail salon in murfreesboro – I've recently moved here from another state so i've been trying out different nail salons between here and nashville, and by far Balisimo has got to be the worst one. the atmosphere is nice and calming but the service and the employees were very poor. i got a deluxe pedicure which included a salt scrub, hot rocks, and paraffin dip. The sea salt srcub felt like it was regular iodine salt because it burned my skin. The paraffin machine was filled with dirty little particles at the bottom. Last but not least, the manager was a very hostile man. I could tell he kept cursing at his employees in their native language and he wasnt very friendly to me either. i would never go back to Balisimo!!!!!

Nice Atmosphere, Good Prices, but Poor Service – I visited Balisimo on a Sunday without an appointment, but they accomodated me immediately. The equipment is top notch and atmosphere is very calming, but the pros stop here. I was serviced by a young lady and her lack in maturity definitely shows. She was on their paging system speaking to fellow co-workers and snickering in the native language. When she did leave me to relax, I could still hear her and fellow co-workers laughing and playing around in the next pedicure area behind me. When my mani was completed she left me at the drying station, but only turned on the fan, but no UV even though the capabilities were there. Also, when I was done at the drying station, I reached down to take off my toe seperator, but could not reach it & I heard the manicurist next to me laugh and yell across the room in their native language to my service girl and laugh as if there was an inside joke at my expense. I received a deluxe pedicure and manicure. The workmanship was as expected, but nothing of stellar quality. I went here because they were awarded at Rutherford County Mom's Best Spa award, but from my experience, they should receive the Most Unprofessional Award.
