Very disappointed. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. I wish I could have said something at the end of the appointment but it took me going home and playing with my hair to realize how bad it was. I left with one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. I only wanted a trim since I'm growing my hair out for a special event. I ended up losing all my layers and several inches of hair. It is blunt, and not flattering; I look like I NEED a haircut because nothing was done to the hair around my face. The color is awful and not flattering. Kevin was very careless putting the color on and there are places where the highlight is a full inch away from the root, making it difficult to change the part or wear my hair back. I have had to stop myself from combing through it in the bathroom because it just makes me more and more angry. The total cost was $200 and I could have gotten the same or better result for $60 at Great Clips. I am so upset I tried this place.
Great color, great cut. Kevin is a master at color. I had put up with ok hair color for several years from another salon. Kevin fixed my suboptimal color and gave me a terrific new, more flattering hair cut. I have never had so many compliments on my hair. Even my mom likes it! I highly recommend this salon. It is easy to find, easy parking and has a cool decor.
Love my hair.... I have always had issues with my hair.. It is incredible thick and wavy. I can't stand trying to style my hair. It use to take me at least 45min. to do my hair in the mornings. My stylist took the time to consult with me about my needs and my concerns. I received the best hair cut and color I have ever received. Thier attentiveness to my needs and concerns was exceptional. The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone had smiles on thier faces!! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.
They've Won My Loyalty!. If you're looking for a salon with a trendy, yet cozy and unusual environment, with very friendly ? and relaxed ? EXPERTS in hair cutting, coloring, etc., this is the place. I was very pleasantly surprised at the non-traditional salon decor and configuration, and the wonderful home decor and personal care product selection. My stylist was very attentive, took her time, and consulted with the staff about the best options to achieve my desired hair re-do. And ? most important! - I was THRILLED with my new hairdo and color (lowlights and highlights). I've received many compliments and have had fun creating different looks. As I'm not one to run to the hairdresser every 5 weeks, I'm really happy that the haircut has continued to look great as my hair's grown (it's been 2 months now and I'm not in any rush). You can find less expensive services elsewhere, but for me, the end results, the services, and the pampering experience with nice folks are worth the extra $. (I noticed both older and younger customers, too.)
perfection!. the moment i walked into the salon i knew i was at the right place. it's gorgeous and the staff was so friendly and accomodating. i was introduced to my stylist and she was very good about listening to what i did and didn't want. i was nervous about my cut and color because the last salon i went to, i left VERY unhappy. but when i left salon rouge i was thrilled! my color looked awesome and my haircut was absolutely the best i have ever had. it's been almost a month since my visit and my hair still looks great! i can't wait to go back!
