Challenging classes that are effective and fun to take! – I really like the range of classes that you've added to the class schedule. I've noticed changes in my body/core... They each offer a challenge in so many different ways...all of that ongoing classes/trainings are paying off, I feel like you are developing your awareness and increasing your knowledge of how to make your students practice more effective.
Coming to classes continue to be something that I look forward to in my schedule each week.
The best pilates instructors in the city! I can't wait to go back! – I love this place!
I have been to a few pilates classes elsewhere, but this was the best experience that I have ever had. The instructors were knowledgeable and welcoming. During my week free, I went to 2 pilates classes, a yoga class, and a springboard class! Also, the place is very stylish, and I loved the feeling of comfort and relaxation as soon as I walked in the door.
Got my high school body back at age 47!!! These guys rock! – Taking classes at Studio Blue has totally changed my body. After 30 yrs of being about 15 lbs heavier I've kept the weight off now for nearly 2 years(even that last stubborn 5 lbs) and I believe I have an even BETTER body than I did when I was a teenager. In no time at all I reduced my waistline 2 pants sizes and can see muscle definition I never dreamed I could have. I've tried other yoga/pilates/exercise studios in town and stayed with SB for several reasons: the small intimate class sizes where I get personal attention, the way I've always been welcomed and treated like family, and the EXTREMELY reasonable pricing (better than anyplace else I've tried in town). Dan always greets me with a smile and his enthusiasm is contagious. I never dread going there to work out -- instead I look forward to classes that are fun, and trainers who take the time to get to know me. There are so many different classes/times to choose from that I can easily fit several workouts per week into my schedule, and every class is a little bit different so I'm never bored. Dan, Ishbel, and the other trainers do a great job of making you feel comfortable in class regardless of your previous experience/fitness level and I find the workouts challenging but never intimidating. Great location and easy free street parking too. I tried the "first week free" offer (which allows you to choose as many classes as you want to from the 20+ available each week) and have been devoted to Studio Blue ever since. I would encourage anyone who is interested in pilates, yoga, or just getting in the best core shape of your life to stop by and try a free week. Oh, and they also have TRULY private Private Instruction so I'm in a room of my own with my trainer (rather than a group setting with other trainers and clients) which is great for those of us who tend to be self-conscious!
My Back Pain Is Gone – I have been working with Dan at Studio Blue for over a year now. When I first started, I was not very flexible, my abs were weak and I was suffering from low back pain. After the first week I could feel my abs getting stronger. After the first month I could see my posture improving. And after 3 months, 40 years of back pain is now gone. Studio Blue and Dan will forever be in my life. Thank you!!!
Great Staff, Warm friendly, and fun atomsphere--and the greatest work out in town! – Studio Blue has the BEST staff---Make sure the start with the introductory privates! They make a huge difference, and I finally learned the RIGHT way to do pilates. The mat classes are fabulous---every instructor has their own take, but everyone has the Studio Blue "feeling." At the end of class, my body is energized, and I get a special spring in my step. I love the Studio Blue work out, and I feel better than I have in years!

Studio Blue keeps me centered! – I have been going to Studio Blue for about a year and a half now. I do privates and Springboard class with Dan, who is just amazing. Pilates has improved my flexibility and given me amazing core strength. I also feel taller and leaner after Pilates, which was confirmed after my last doctors visit. I have grown 1/2 an inch, from 5' 5.5" to 5' 6"!
I love coming to the studio because no matter how bad or tired I feel, Dan has a wonderful way of tuning my workout to exactly the level I need that day. I always walk out of the studio feeling lighter, more centered and energized than I did when I came in. Dan also knows how to push you past where you think you can go to help you get stronger.
I'm one of those people who doesn't really like "going to the gym"...but I love the feeling and results I'm getting with Studio Blue Pilates! I highly recommend you stop by to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
Studio blue is my Pilates Family – I was convinced to try Pilates for the first time at Studio Blue a year ago. I am an athletic girl, but I am not much of a "yoga person." But, after my first class, my soul was sold to Pilates. I have been coming to Studio Blue for a year now, and it has become my second home. The studio is friendly, personal with class sizes that max at 12. Every instructor is talented and different, and over this past year my body has changed for the better. I am more flexible, stronger, and without a doubt, have more energy. Pilates is seriously for everyone.
What are you waiting for? – I have always avoided any sort of exercise because a) it hurts, b) it is not fun and feels like work and c) its embarrassing/intimidating for me to go to a gym. So, with much trepidation I made my first private Pilates session w/ Dan. I was warmly greeted in a lovely, cozy space and felt so comfortable, I hardly knew that I was about to work out. Dan was kind and patient and has a passion for his work that is infectious - he has always been able to target my sessions to my unique needs. He is knowledgeable and an inspired teacher ? he has a gift for positive motivation.
I have been going to private sessions since this summer and my bod is transformed! How, you may ask? Well, not only can I touch my toes, but two weeks ago, I touched the floor ? a feat I have never been able to accomplish. Beside that, my butt looks smokin? and I have abs ? me! But the most astonishing statistic of all is that I have gained ? of an inch of height- all confirmed by my speechless and very impressed physician. (I should say regained after losing it from years of working at a desk and poor posture). If you love yourself, go to Studio Blue and let Dan and Angela help you create a new fabulous you.
