Not impressed – I was highly disappointed in this restaurant. The atmosphere was nice but too "club" like and they staff didn't seem to know the menu enough, were agitated and seemed to want to socialize with each other than work. The food was SO not that great and the prices were ridiculous. I looked forward to going here after I had read about it and good grief...I won't be back.

great for groups! – I came here on a friday night for my friend's birthday with 11 other people. not only was our food delicious-- the sushi was fresh and innovative-- but the service was impeccable! usually when dining with a large group of friends, especially my friends who always like to alter their orders, the kitchen/wait staff always seems to mess up one of our orders, but they got everything exactly right! i like to eat out a lot and am always annoyed when i have to send my food back, so i was pleasantly surprised when everything came out exactly (and better) than expected! it was also not too loud to hear conversation across the table. what a great experience for such a big group! i will definitely be returning here soon.

awesome, but pricey – This place isnt cheap, but I'd say it is worth it. The kobe iron roll was a little underwhelming, but everything else we had was top notch. The king crab legs were phenomenal.

Avoid the "50% off night" go anywhere else – I went to the Geisha House a few weeks ago on a sunday. Now on Sundays they claim to have 50%off food. Sounded promising. We get there and order, the wait staff and the food is ok. You could do better by going to Rusans,Strip,Shout, or Zuma. This place has the nerve to add the Gratuity (15-20&)to the bill automatically. They also add a "service fee" I think that was like 30% to the bill. I beleive they add this fee like twice. so lets recap. 50%off plus 15-20%gratuity(no matter how crappy the service),plus 30% service fee, plus the service fee again at the bottom of the bill30%. so that basically is nothing off. Save your money and goto a place above. better service,

fun place for sushi – i have been to the sister restaurant dolce and decided to give geisha house a try. being asian, i was afraid that the sushi wouldn't be too great. Once again, i was surprised. the decor of the place was very futuristic and had pictures reminiscent of j-pop stars. i got two sushi rolls and the beef udon. they were both very good. the broth of the udon was very good and the sushi were very creative. i got the cowboy and the pink lady both fantastic dishes. Also sundays are 50% off!! the sushis are good and with the 50% off you might as well go to geisha house than going to rusans for sushi.

great customer service, really futuristic and cool decor, creative and delicious sushi – sushi is one of my favorite meals, but it can be really hard to find new things to try...most restaurants tend to stick to the same-old same-old favorites with little to no variety. Geisha House does the EXACT opposite. to cool, red, futuristic decor instantly lets you know that you are in for an experience and an unique one too. i've eaten here with a small party of 3 and a huge party after hours, upstairs with around 150 people. both times, the food and service were absolutely thrilling. the lambchop is INCREDIBle...i love lamb but am often unimpressed with the uncreative serving techniques. geisha serves it with a sesame and cucumber salad that really balance out the heaviness of the lamb. for the sushi, i loved the frightened geisha with tuna and salmon and the surf and turf, which is slightly expensive but worth it. it's a roll with lobster and filet and is completely decadent. also, if price is an issue, i went with two girlfriends on sunday night for the 50% off sushi!

NOT GO "GEISHA" IN THIS HOUSE – This place was a joke. Researching this place as a potential wedding rehearsal dinner site for a party of 40 people, our initial experience was a reception by some dumb brown haired bimbo incapable of greeting patrons with a smile. It was pretty easy to see that the "line dujour" was, "there are no seats downstairs, so you'll have to take a bar seat upstairs", as evidenced by everyone before us, and after us who was given the same story. Oddly enough, when we left an hour or so later, there was STILL no one downstairs. Secondly, it was so dark in this place, it's a d&%m accident waiting to happen. I hope "Geisha" has good insurance in the House. If you're trying to get your groove on, take your date to the Geisha House. The poor lighting and red lights may put him/her in the mood. Other than that, go elsewhere for your Japaneese dining experience.

Uh, one other thing. My fiance wants me to mention that the food was good, albeit pricey. So, if you're up for a $10.00 egg roll, this is your spot.

Better service @ Mickey D's – from the time we walked in the experience just sucked...we are sent 2 dine upstairs & wanted a booth we were told by the absolute worst hostess on the planet that the only way to get a booth is if we wanted 2 pay a one bottle min.($150.00)...mind you it's not even 6:00pm yet...they were reserved for parties of 13 or better...we were they only ones there @ the time...we were assurd by the worst hostess ever that the parties were 2 arrive in 30min...one person in our party didnt even recieve her food which had 2 be comped which seemed is a regular practice there...as people began 2 flow in the service got worst...even @ 1/2 price i prefer mickey D's...stick with Strip which is right up the street...

Draped in darkness, this clubby-Asian restaurant delivers a massive easy-to-like menu in Atlantic Station. – Matching the other two Hollywood transplants brought by Dolce Group, Geisha House is styled with pop art, a super-dark dining room and a quasi-club feel. The menu is a Japanese melting pot--with good, yet dumbed-down versions of sushi, noodle bowls and all things teriyaki. Cocktails come with an it-club price tag but the massive space and easy-to-like menu make this an ideal group destination.
