Some dives are better – I honestly think the ONLY good thing about the place was the ladies.. VERY beautiful woman. Other then that, nada. The music was actually good (well, one side) the other side I felt like I was stoned and chilling, not much to dance too unless yur trying to be funny. The club I was told opened @ 10pm, I was there at 10 (I had work the next day) but they didnt start letting people in till close to 1030pm. All the security did was smoke and B.S. by the front doors, kinda unprofessional if you asked me. I knew the Promoter so I was on the guest list... Yeah, like I said to my friend, ARE YOU F'ING SERIOUS MAN!! I paid $10 instead of the $20 and what was the importance of the guest list?? NADA.. Here's my thing, I DJ in the City at major clubs including some in the South Bay.. When I have you on MY guest list, my it's FREE!! My friends get in (unless it's a HUGE list then it's discounted or they just call me up and I'll send someone out there) O, and there is no WAITING in line, unless its HELLA packed. F... I waited in line for 30mins when NOONE was inside. Yeah, sorry guys, I dont see the Agave being there TOO long with practices like that, or if you do stay, then yur crowd is gonna be on the lower end. O and yeah, you do find some overly agressive peps there.. Trust me guys, you're not all that big and strong like you think, there Popeye! It's called ALCOHOL, not Spinach.. Much love to the ladies @ the club though!! V-E-R-Y YUMMY.

Horrible Service Way Overpriced – Well, the club didn't even open until 10:20. We stood in line for an hour even though the place was supposed to open at nine. They tried to charge us even tho we were on the guestlist and so supposed to be free.

Also advertised on the flier were $3 blue drink specials. So, I order "2 blue drinks" at the bar. The bartender serves us-and then charges me $12....Um...what? I ask him WTF, blue drinks are supposed to be $3 and he tells me, "You didn't ask for a $3 blue drink, you just asked for a blue drink, You have to specify." Um...is he for real? WHY WOULD ANYONE WALK INTO A BAR AND SAY"GIVE ME A BLUE DRINK" ON BLUE DRINK SPECIAL NIGHT AND NOT BE TALKING ABOUT THE $3 BLUE DRINK SPECIAL?

It gets worse as we get to the dance floor. The place is split in half, with hip hop on one side and latin on the other. In kind of a small place like this, both sides compete with each other. We move to the hip hop side and sit down at one of SEVEN empty tables, only to be told that a table costs $40. WTF? When have you ever paid for a table at a night club? $40 for a tiny round table with four chairs. So literally, you cannot sit down at this club unless you pay for a seat. Wow. By like midnight, they still have not sold ANY tables. So, we sit at one anyway because we've been standing for hours! While we were dancing one of the hosts swoops in and throws away all of our untouched drinks that we just paid for. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!

We are then approached by a promotor who is trying to get us to pay $250 to sit in their "VIP" section-which consists of recylcled restaraunt booths on a handmade wooden platform. For $250 we get to sit there and we get ONE bottle of Grey Goose...I don't think so.

The final insult was when shortly after midnight the staff decides to shut down the hip hop side and usher all of us to the latin side. NOTE: The hip hop side had a crowd of about fifty, the latin side about five. So...what sense did that make? We bounced the hell outta there.

A real party – Dont get me wrong this is a great club for late night but if you are lookin for a club to go to to dance with alot of girls not the place to go. Everyone here has a boyfriend and you will never know until the boyfriend comes up and taps you on the shoulder. Usually i dont care but if you ever try anything here one of two things will happen either the boyfriend has alot of friends there or the security will throw you out for tryin anything. Its a good place if you dont have a bad temper. But one last thing security here is great. always tryin to have fun and make sure you are havin fun

Best fine Mexican dining around – This is my first review so I will try and keep it going. This place was great the food was exceptional and the service was some of the greatest I had in a long time. I have been to many different Mexican restaurants ranging from fine-dining to regular fast food. But I have to say this is the only place that ever made me feel like I was back home and my mom was cooking me some food. The portions were very generous, the drinks were very tasty for example the margaritas were easily the best I have had in a long while. The decor of the restaurant seemed very quaint again like I was back at home at some times. I will definately be visiting this establishment again. And if anyone ever goes there make sure to try out some of the many choices of Tequila they have stocked at all times.
