Tips for Crimson C

Gangland meets Unsympathetic Bouncers. Usually, I tend to hate overactive bouncers because I feel like they ruin the vibe. However, Crimson C had the opposite problem. After my friend was provoked several times, the guy finally decked him three times before the bouncers pulled him out.

When we approached the bouncers to get contact information in case we needed to discuss anything further, we were met with criticism about our dancing style. After more dialog, he mentioned something along the lines of "You're a group of white people, what did you expect?"

After leaving the club, a different member of the group was attacked by the same guy (with 5 friends or so) that decked our other friend in the bar. These guys were the two smallest guys and were separated from the group at the time of each attack.

If you (a) aren't white, (b) don't fear for your safety, (c) want shady, dangerous thugs trying to dance on girls in your group, (d) want zero sympathy from the bouncers after they failed to adequately perform their job.......then this is the place for you!

Great place all around!!!. Crimson C is like a diamond in the rough... The rough of pioneer square that is. Conveniently located by all of the other "ancient" bars in this part of the city, Crimson C is tastefully redone to get all that Larry's 'yuck' out of there but has the exposed brick walls and deep red wood to still give it the old Pioneer Square feel. We went there on a friday during HH (It was about 6 pm and their HH goes til 7.. YEAH!!!) And ended up staying most the night. Our table service was GREAT!! The little blonde haired girl was always on it we never had an empty drink!! The appetizers were smaller, but hey they were 2 bucks so we couldn't complain. After the HH rush was over we noticed there were DJ's coming in and setting up and maybe some promoters??? Anyways as the night progressed there was lots of dancing and tastefully done music mixes from anyone you could imagine. One minute we were shaking our booties to flo rida then michael jackson was thrown into the mix then moving on to AC/DC. I honestly had an AWESOME time!! I will definately be making my way back to the square sometime soon and you better believe I WILL be hitting up The Crimson C..

Editorial Review. Well-situation on Pioneer Square's main drag, this combination restaurant/nightclub caters to the business crowd by day, clubbing crowd by night.
