Went here for a consult with
liposuction on my muffin top. Everything sounded good and we went ahead with it.
While I was under the local anesthesia medication 30 minutes before surgery, Doctor at this time just realized that in order to do the surgery I wanted (the surgery we discussed for 3 months prior, it would be $1000.00 more. I then signed a bunch of papers and off I went. It was not until I came down from cloud 9 on my meds I realized the price hike. This was of course after my card was charged. Fought with company just to be told I signed an arbitration contract and would cost me more to fight it then I would get back. Horrible business practice.
Do not go here.. If they are still in business after owner got arrested doing surgeries without a medical license!
They will burn you. This place is horrible, no one knows what they are doing. I went for my third laser hair removal treatment at their new location, the place looked horrible, they must be losing money, the room was trashed the girl who did my laser treatment did not know what she was doing and gave me first and second degree burns all over my body, i called them two hours after the treatment and they told me second degree burns were normal wtf! How come that wasnt on the contract or what to expect page. I was in so much pain and told them i needed to go see a doctor and since their doctor is never actually in the office they told me to come so they could look at it and take pictures i told them i would and again they told me that second degree burns were normal, which they are not! I called later that night in Pain and a so called BOB told me 20/100 people experience burns and i was blown away why didnt they tell me that i wouldve never done it, he told me i was fine and it was normal. The next day i saw a doctor and he told me i had suffered severe second degree burns and they were not normal! Be ware this place is horrible!

UPDATE 03/2012:
**The owner of this clinic was arrested on federal charge in August 2011. Since then the main owner William Ricker Ferguson aka Richard Ferguson aka Doc Hollywood has plead guilty to federal charges and will serve 4 years in federal prison. The feds have shut him totally down. The clinic no longer exists as well as their web site. Looks like they won't be ripping off or scarring anyone else for a while**
Unless you like throwing away your money. They will do the the least amount of work for the most amount of of money.
I agree with Nick5102 the good reviews of this place sound like ads and are probably written by the staff.
I got the runaround with these people. Its pretty common they would cancel appointments with a few hours notice and not apologize. The girls that run the place are super young and unhelpful.
The owner Richard is condescending and will scam you out of as much money as you'll give him.
I should have trusted my instinct when I first met him. Right away he said I needed botox and liposuction yet I came there for a facial.
The owner was arrested a few months later and I have never returned!
People please value yourself and your money enough to go to a place that doesn't have Department of Professional Licensing & the District Attorney investigating them.

Worst experience, waste of time I've ever in my life have dealt with.
AFTER 25 treatments, yes you read that right 25! treatments of laser hair removal I still have to shave every day, they constantly lied to me telling me the technology was getting better and that the treatments where changing and eventually Id see results, then when I went in for my 26th laser treatment I was told I needed to pay extra before I could be treated. I had hardly any results at the time. and they set me up that appointment.
Don't think for a second your hair will be completely gone after their initial 6 treatments or what ever they start you out with. its a scam to keep you coming back. and a waste of money!
and Richard Scamason (The owner) is just plain rude. he does not care about anything but money. his business is most likely going under so they are constantly trying to find new ways to get money from existing costumers, however I wasn't one to fall for that.
they offered a lifetime warranty at more cost Just $300 more but still. why would I pay more when I haven't seen any results to date...
and when I went in to talk about that lifetime warranty and why I was being asked for more money by the staff Richard Scamason him self said his staff wasn't even authorized to offer lifetime warranty and that Id have to pay $1600 for 6 more treatment because he knew the treatments did not work for me. so there was no way he wanted to offer the lifetime warranty that was offered to me just the day before for $300 Obviously he doesn't stand behind his own product.
stay away from these crooks!! unless you like wasting your time and throwing your money away.
I know shaving/waxing sucks, but shaving/waxing and loosing out on thousands sucks a lot more.
make sure to look up their name on the better business bureau and see how many marks they already have =/
Its defiantly not a place Id recommend for anyone.

Also Don't believe the 5 stars Richard has his staff post comments everywhere, if you read most of them they are pretty much all the same they claim the lasers are working great and they all seem to be going in for smart lipo right after. or something to do with smart lipo

1) Notice any of the good reviews about this place are only from the owner and stafff.
2) Two staff members have identified the owner illegally repairs the lasors himself
3) The staff say themselves they are not trained on lasors properly
4) The fees vary from person to person for the same procedures depending on what they can get from you
5) They will cancel one appointment 5 times in a row last minute
6) The staff turnover is staggering
Best Medical Spa. My friend just referred me to this medical spa and I couldn't be happier. I have been a frequent visitor of many of the spas in the valley and this one beats all. I came in for a facial before a wedding and ended up getting a laser hair removal treatment and botox (for only $199 - amazing). The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the atmosphere is soothing and relaxing and the prices are amazing. YOU WILL NOT GET THIS SERVICE FOR THIS PRICE ANYWHERE ELSE. The only complaint I have is the location. It is a bit hard to find and the only sign to let you know you are in the right place is in front of the 7430 Building but if you map quest it or call them for specific directions it will be worth it. I had the WORST experience with Hollywood Body, the owner Richard and the Staff!!!
I came in during a speacial for Smart Lipo for $2000. I put a large amount down and was told to write them personal checks to cover the rest of the cost.I told them I did NOT want to finance it. A week later the cost went up to $5000. Then they illegally ran my credit to five credit unions all over. When I found out I went in and the owner Richard and staff apologied. I spent $250 on blood work the next day and called regarding my procedure. I was then told I need to bring $3200 cash to my procedure. I knew they were scamming me for every penny! I immediately went down for a refund and to find out what was the amount they tried to get an illegal loan for and no one knew. I asked for a copy of my medical file and was told they had lost it.
Beware..This place is a joke and i am taking legal action!
Smartlipo.I Love it!!!. Excellant! This is the best Med Spa in the west. Beautiful, discrete, professional. They treated my wife like a Princess for her smart lipo.
