DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!! – I had similar experience with them like other people here. Did not get the right size. Sent the item back . SAME STORY... WILL NOT RETURN THE ITEM SINCE IT WAS WASHED OR USED. very bad customer service. PLEASE DON'T ORDER ON THIS WEBSITE. I have already spent around $25 on my scrubs. $9.99 for scrubs+ 8.99 for shipping+ $8.99 for returning them.. Guess what after this? I did not get the scrubs. PLEASE GO TO NEARBY STORE AND BUY. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I purchased uniforms from this store and received them a week later. None of the uniforms had tags on them which showed me they were in used condition and they were about 3 sizes too big! I paid to have them exchanged and sent them back. 4 days after they got the items(I tracked the items to make sure they got there) They call me to tell me that they are not going to return the items because they are in USED condition! HELLO!! They sent me the items that way! I didn't do anything to them. They are selling used junk and then not returning them! Then the customer service lady Marabell had the biggest attitude I have ever seen! She was horrible. I asked to talk to someone higher then her and she refused, then she told me she doesn't have time to deal with my complaint! Are you serious?? CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE HERE AND SO ARE THE ITEMS!!!!

Quality uniforms with outstanding customer service – This was my first time I've ordered from Salus uniforms and I'm very happy I did. Their uniforms are made very well using quality material. Don't let their low prices fool you. You get your moneys worth and then some. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Also, their customer service is excellent. They contacted me right away to let me know my size was on back order and worked with me to resolve the issue.
Do Not Buy Salus Uniforms – After talking to Salus personal about size, I ordered size small but they were out of stock on one of my items. I settled for something else and when they arrived they were huge. After calling to make sure xtra small was in stock I sent them back only to find out they were out of stock. Now I'm out shipping both ways (about $23.00) and nothing to show for it. Worst customer service ever!!!
Best Uniforms I've baught in a long time!!!!!!!!!!!!! – i was looking for scrubs and came across Salus, they have very good customer service!! they had ran out of one of my items and called me right away to let me know. They substituted the missing item for a new style i picked and shipped out my order quickly!! the product quality is very good (sturdy but comfortable) plus the items are in extreamly good price!!! i would not hesitate to buy from them again! :)
Inexpensive uniforms – Easy to browse through products and select items. Prices were very very reasonable. Delivery was FedEx and was left at doorstep 4days earlier than expected. Items look great just can't wear then i missized myself. Bummer.
Do NOT shop here!! – remember what they say about you get what you paid for? Well that really holds true here. While the prices are inexpensive the service is horrible, the customer service is non-existent. I ordered uniforms from here and they shipped thru fed ex but basically doesnt require fedex to get a signature and fed ex does what they do and left the package at the door of an apartment complex. Well needless to say when I got home there was no package. Called the company, their attitude was well go around to your neighbors and see if they picked up your package from in front of your door. So after calling back to speak to a manager. Spoke toEmily most passive aggressive person I have talked to yet. Emily's solution to the problem is to call FedEx and lets see what they say. In the mean time they have my money I have no uniforms and start my new job in less than a week. Well one reason I went with this company despite their overcharging you on shipping is their proximity to me I am in CA and they are in NV. Well no their promise of 5-7 days to get your order (except on weekends) is looking to take about two weeks. So I figure they will own up and reship my order? Heck no, they want to make me wait til they file a claim with Fedex "Hey, lets see if the Fedex driver stayed around to watch and see who would pickup the package he left at the front door" eventually I would get my money back since I now have to go out into the expensive local uniform shops and find uniforms in less than 4 days. And even though their FAQS say they dont ship on weekends? Well guess when my package was left for anyone to pick up? Yep on a Saturday, thats not a weekday!
And while I do understand that fedex is the one that left the package at the door..it is the merchants that weigh the odds of the package coming up missing vs. the percentage that dont. Bottom line is if you need something in a hurry, or expect to be treated as a customer rather than a nuisance then Do NOT shop HERE!
