Reviews for OPI Nail and Spa

I have been going to Vogue Nails for over 6 years and have never had a better manicure and pedicure. They do an amazing job and work hard to make sure you love the end result. I wont go anywhere else in Portland because no one compares. The salon is very nice and clean which is also really important to me. They will give you water or hot tea to create a nice get away while getting your nails done!

Nothing like having pretty nails and getting compliments on them! I have been going to Opi Nail and Spa for years and I LOVE everything they have ever done! :)

I will continue to go for Nails and waxing and always reccomend to my friends/family.

They are always very friendly, clean and accomidating. I often am asking for fun nails/designs and they always pull it off perfectly!

If you are looking for a great spot and very affordable you should definitally check them out!

Thanks OPI Nail & Spa Team! :)

I have been to OPI Nail many times. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. My nails are always done the way I want them. I highly recommend them. I leave happy every time!

I have been going to OPI nails for about 5 years. I do not live in Portland but come up about once a month. I ALWAYS go to OPI Nails when I am in town. The people are friendly, very accommodating and give the BEST manicures and pedicures. They just recently remodeled and got all new tables and spa chairs and it is always very clean. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Portland and I have tried several other places. I highly recommend OPI Nail and Spa!!!

I was fooled by the recent good review of this salon. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! I made an appointment for an acrylic fill, then got a call to come a half-hour later, and I STILL ended up waiting 15 minutes. The nail technician then refused to do a fill and told me that my nails needed to come off "to rest". I begged her because I knew how horrible my nails would look. But she still refused - I believe now it was because she got started so late she didn't have time to do a fill. She fumbled around for something, I thought she was looking for something in which to soak my nails off, but then she proceeded to take them off MANUALLY. She tore below the quick on several nails. If you've ever lost an artificial nail, you know how painful this is. THEN she charged me $15 (plus $1 for a file kit, which I had expected). I gave her $21 and asked for $5 change. She walked away and started doing a pedicure on another customer. I waited a long time for my change, drying my nails, but finally I got so lightheaded from the fumes of the acetone someone had used right in front of me to clean up a broken bottle of nail polish that I just left. I guess the technician thought she deserved a $5 tip for absolutely RUINING my nails! Please learn from my experience and AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

They have reinvented themselves and are VERY clean, friendly and willing to help. I did a shelac mani and pedi late afternoon and it took well over two hours. Excellent work.

They are now called O.P.I, Nail and Spa and a few clients thre told me they also do an excellent job on facials too - very satisfied and I am a veteran who does my own if I can't find what I am looking for! I would fully recommend it for anyone!

They also have all new furnishings including state of the art massage chairs - very happy I took a chance in my relatively new neighborhood. The one closer to me in Portsmouth I would not recommend but they might have changed their ways too...

As a 12-year business owner with national and international clientelle, I have found that if a vendor is till around over months or years, they have to had learned what the client who hires them needs and wants done. Otherwise, they will have moved on.

Best pediacure I've had in years! – I have been getting pedicures for about 12 years. Most shops in town try to use dirty used files or make you buy clean one's for $1. When I went into Vogue Nails 3 I was so happy that it was clean. I had the BEST pedicure ever. For the price as the dirty salons, you get HOT STONE MASSAGE, MASK ON YOUR FEET, CLEAN TOOLS, LONG LEG/FOOT MASSAGE, AND ALL OF YOUR DEAD SKIN GENTLY REMOVED. I loved it! Even if you don't go to Vogue Nails 3 (I have no idea why you wouldn't), please be mindful of the salon you choose and make sure they are not using used items on your feet and hands.

I am a convert – I was skeptical at first. The first time I went to the Lombard location I was really disappointed. The staff at the time weren't that friendly and rushed. They definitely got their act together and have a great manager and friendly staff. The chairs are awesome and they do a very thorough job. The pedis last longer than any other place that I have gone to. HIGHLY recommend. It does get busy so def make a reservation. Weeknights aren't as busy. Can't say enough positive things....

Disappointing – I started getting pedicures at Vogue Nails about 5 years ago. They were the absolute BEST place for a pedicure. Better than Dosha... Better than so many other places I tried. They really took their time, did a wonderful job, gave a long foot and leg massage, and the lovely experience lasted an hour. I went for a pedicure today, at the Lombard location, and it took less than 30 minutes. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am so disappointed. I will not be going back, and this makes me so sad. I LOVED Vogue Nails, I sent all my friends there, brought my family there, I bought gift certificates. No more. All done. I wonder if they care that their service has deteriorated to this unacceptable level.
