This place needs to be shut down. Their lack of customer service is simply incredible to behold. You would not believe the level of ignorance in 90% of the workers and how they speak to and interact with a paying customer. It's a family run business apparently and the owners let their family members do ANYTHING.
There are way too many other very nice nail places within a one mile radius to put up with this level of rudeness and blatent disrespect of other people.
Chicklet Nails – I have tried these people for a few years now. I have given up on the female employees whose arrogance is unsurpassed. Yesterday one snuck up on me. As I decided to use a new girl (the guy I wanted wasn't there) she did my feet. It is hard enough to try to give them instructions when they don't understand the language. But when I finished my pedi, i was seated at the table and given another girl (ambushed) whom I had declared never to use again. I recognized her but didn't remember why I didn't want to use her until she started on my what was long sexy nails. She cut them too short, even though I constantly told her not too short, removed what should have been refills by using a fake nail tip and shoving it underneath and popping off my leftover gels that she should have refilled, along with a couple of layers of my nailbed, then drilling what was left of my nailbed. My nails burned that night and look like cinnamon chicklets and charged me $40 to do so. Looking for another salon.
DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service and rude threatening workers!
I'm going to try and make a long story short as I can. I came here for a pedicure and right when the male technician touched my foot he started to bombard me with a sales pitch to get a spa pedicure (for additional money) I declined yet he asked over and over. He then asked with a nasty attitude when was the last time I got a pedicure? I answered not to long ago and he said you need to come more often insinuating that my feet looked bad witch they don't. He completed the pedicure very roughly and in less than 5 minutes and went on to put lotion on me. I complained and told him I did not want him to touch me and proceeded to walk to the front to ask the manager to have someone else finish my service. He ran after me saying you have to pay! As if I would really leave without getting the rest of my pedi. Other women in the salon said to me he was horrible with most patrons and the lady seated beside me said he treated me that way because I would not get the spa pedi. As the 2nd technician finished my pedi I was on the phone with my sister telling her about what was going on the man walked up to me and yelled " What, What did you SAY?!" As if he was going to fight me... Someone had to hold him back I was shocked and appalled and asked him was he going to fight me because I can easily call the police. I complained to the manager and he gave me a Fake apology. I paid in full and have not been back. I repeat DO NOT GO HERE.
Unsatisfied Customer – NO STARS! really....
Went to get the special for the month list on their website at Spa Pedicure + Manicure + body massage (45min) = $85.00.
As I am sitting in the chair they ask if I want a Spa Pedicure, I tell the lady that it is included in the package. She tells me that it wasn't so she goes and speaks to the manager. He proceeds to come over and tell me and my friend that got the package as well that it was a mistake on the website, and that it is a normal pedicare/manicure not a spa one. The nanager refused to honor the website special, and walked away, nowhere to be find in the store.
Then I go and get the massage... wow... talk about the WORSE massage ever. My 8 year old nephew could haven given a better massage than that. It was the worse service I have ever experienced. I feel like the false advertised, and will never recommend this place to anyone.
Great Work, Poor Customer Service – I have watched the customer service deteriorate over the last 2.5 years. I kept going back because I was always very satisfied with the work. The technician always did a wonderful job on my nails, brow & lip waxing. Pedicures -- not so much. Nail art, wonderful. I am enamored with the masseuse (whom I will continue to see). HOWEVER, the customer service is lacking. Sorry to report that the friendlier they get with you, they lose a sense of respect/boundaries. Your appointment/service is ALWAYS interrupted by the needs of a WALK-IN client. And they are ALWAYS late for your appointment time. All this - Unacceptable. I will not be going back. Tired of the poor customer service.
